Mighty Mule Compatible Remote Control, Heddolf 220-1K Visor Style Remote

This one works better than my original GTO remote control, the transmitting range is acceptable, programing was so easy and now its working perfectly, shipping was really fast and I'm happy with my new and less expensive remote control, good product.

Opens our gate from 5 car lengths back! Our ones we had to be right next to the gate.

A little bulky but worked good with my mighty mule gate opener. Make sure dip switches are either all the way up or down when setting up or it woun't work

The opener failed after only 4 months. North Shore Door offered to replace it, and had me send the unit, and after more than a month, told me they would not send me a new one because their warranty was only 30 days. They did not return my old unit so I can't even try to get it fixed locally.

We have had one of these for over two years, and just bought another to replace the tiny one that came with the gate opener. The Might Mule brand remote has a little more range than this one but it bit the dust after a little over two years.This one uses a regular 9-volt battery which will last over a year.

Bought two one works fine the other one is weak. I even replaced battery to see if that was problem and it only works if I am in front of gait with window rolled down.

I got two of these to replace our existing ancient gate controller. One local company quoted us a ridiculous price for these. So I was very happy to find them online. Programming them is a snap as you just have to flip a few dip switches inside the controller. That took all of twenty seconds. The range is great. They're not small necessarily but I don't mind it. Somehow the receiver inside our car doesn't have as much range as this remote.

Purchased the remote opener to keep in my truck, using it to control my Mighty Mule opener and it works great, has the same 9 pin DIP switch as the Mighty Mule OEM control. I apreaciate the price point as well.
