Works on my celestron 8 se.
Cord is a little short and won't rest on ground so needs velcro or tie to tripod or accessory tray

Works with my Celestron Nexstar 6SE
Exactly as pictured, works as advertised. Cords are sufficiently long without being too long. The only negative is really just a enhancement request. Would be nice to have Velcro straps for tying up the cords and possibly anchoring it to a tripod. I guess time to out get out the glue gun. :-)

Works great for the Celestron Nexstar 8SE
Quite a bit cheaper than the Celestron adapter and works just as well.

Works but DC side is too short
It's the correct transformer to create 12v DC with 5.5mm connection. I purchased mine for a Nexstar telescope. On my telescope the DC cable is long enough for transformer to reach the ground but not long enough for a rotation without issues. You might want to buy a DC extension cord, make a bracket or somehow tie it to a leg to ensure it doesn't get wrapped during telescope rotations (or be very vigilant). After damaging the DC cable connection on mine from an inadvertent wrap, I made a bracket and added an extension cord. One or the other would have sufficed. MFR: please make the DC cord 3 feet longer and you'll be 5 stars!

Nice compact power supply.
exactly as described on ad. This ac adapter is used to power my Celestron Nexstar 102GT telescope. No more battery pack. Very nice.

Works for my Nexstar 6 but...
Works fine for Nexstar 6 but the cord end that plugs into the mount is about 2 feet shorter than the original Celestron AC cord. Not a deal breaker but I like to wrap my old cord around the arm mount at least once. With this one, you can't lay it (the rectangular "box") on the ground but will have to support it as shown in the pic by running the cord through once of the eyepiece holders in the tray or maybe tape it to a leg for support.
