They were to light weight to do much good as an exerciser. I went back to the barbells.

I never used the webbed gloves but I love these

Very light but with some resistance - I normally use for warm up or cooling off...but I love them since I still have some resistance.

Could these be used by slipping your toes thru slot for resistance when doing leg lifts?

my toes fit thru the space but i am pretty sure it will soon slip off, which will be really annoying. some sort of swim sock could work. i bought some cheapies because i have bad arthritis in my feet and i wanted them to stop my toes moving about. it worked. i also discovered that they fill full of water and become weights. these are probably the deluxe version. mine were cheap as chips. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017OFQNMM?psc=1
