This high quality liquid protein was recommended to me after I had my hip replacement surgery. It seems to have been beneficial to my recovery. While it is thick like syrup it was not too bad to drink on it's own. However it is very rich and sweet. I would just take it and wash it down with water. The ingredients are simply stated and this is a very reputable product.

Good, quick, tasty way to get protein. It does have an odd taste to it but i drink 30 ml then chase it with sprite. If you don't breathe through your nose you won't even taste it. And the taste isn't even really bad. Definitely has a grape like flavor.

This protein drink tastes good. My husband likes the watermelon flavor. He first tried this when he did dialysis and he preferred this over the protein bar.

If you're struggling to get enough protein in your diet this is a must have. My aunt on dialysis was recommended this by her dietitian. It supports would healing, hair growth, clear skin, energy, and overall healthy bodily functioning. It is thick and sticky, but I just put it in water, stir it, down it. 4 stars only because of the stickiness and taste.

I was introduced to liquicell at my transplant clinic. Getting easily digestible protein with no fat and in a concentrated portion was key to my recovery. I was not able to dilute it, due to a fluid restriction. It worked very well to help me meet my medically necessary protein goal easily. I took one ounce at every mealtime. I bought it on Amazon after my hospital release and still keep it in my kitchen even almost a year post-transplant. A word of warning—of all the flavors, only peach mango is tolerable if using at concentration it’s bottled at. The rest just taste wrong in terrible ways.

Been using this form of protein for over 10 years. I am presently 76 and female that is always full of energy. Easy to use and you can obtain the amount of protein you personally want when taking it. I use many of the flavors & like them all!

Wow! The taste was overpoweringly grape... not just a hint of flavor. It smelled ok, but did not match the taste. It was very thick. The quality and nutrients seem good, and the value for the money is ok if you can stand to take it. It just wasn't what we were expecting for taste and thickness.

At first I thought I could handle the sweet taste. Yes, TASTE. I can’t describe it but if I have gulp down another mouthful, I will surely gag.
