Timer light was not visible. They could not exchange because they did not have another one. I wanted to return it but they would not refund my money because I did not have the original box for the defective lamp. I don’t understand what the box has to do with anything because the product was defective anyway. So I really can’t see that they could sell it to some other person. It was broken so what is the problem with not having the box. I submitted my questions about the item as soon as I received it. I don’t recommend purchasing from this company.

I received my lamp and it was a little late arriving but after I got it, it really works well and seems to do a good job.I like it because it big and roomy on the inside. Seems to be a good product so far and dry's nails really fast.
