Organic, versatile, tasty! I can add peanut flavor to anything!
I personally don't avoid regular peanut butter due to the extra fat, but I like to have a good quality peanut flour in the pantry as it makes a more versatile product to me. Anthony's Organic peanut flour is a good quality option, and I really like that it's organic and it doesn't have anything else added. The peanut flour is a light roast, the flavor doesn't have the depth of roasted peanuts/peanut butter, but it's nice once prepared or mixed into the desired final product. I would really like to see the brand offering a variety of the flavor with a medium or strong roast. The taste is more `raw peanuts` than `peanut butter`. Once I prepare it with salt and/or sweetener I do find the taste better than the `famous` powdered peanut butters on the market. The peanut flour from Protein Plus tastes better in my opinion, but I switched to Anthony's since it comes from organic peanuts. Peanut flour is an incredibly versatile product for me, with a better (and more stable) shelf life than raw peanut butter. I mix it into oatmeal (overnight or cooked) or plain yogurt; I add it to muffins, waffles, pancakes and mug cakes; I prepare it simply as peanut butter as watery or as thick as I like; I mix it with liquid aminos for an incredibly tasty sauce/dressing; I add it to frozen desserts (including nicecreams / banana based icecreams) and protein fluffs; I can even make a mock-up cookie dough by mixing it with coconut flour and liquid. The peanut flour from Anthony's Organic mixes well with cold liquids and other flours. It's a medium weight flour, not very fine, not clumpy (as long as it is stored sealed in a cool dry place). For baking/pancakes it slightly makes the final product drier, but it's kind of expected; if you add too much peanut flour to a gluten or gluten free flour mix, the final product won't rise / puff as much. When I mix it with thicker yogurts (like Greek or skyr), I need to add a splash of water. The bag that the peanut butter comes in is very practical since it's resealable. But since the bag is so large, after getting halfway with the flour it become slightly harder to scoop the flour from the bottom, so I transferred it to another container. Although it has a decent shelf-life, I do recommend consuming the peanut flour in 2-3 months maximum, as it starts loosing flavor. Like most nut / bean flours it's best to store in fridge / freezer. Note on order dates vs. `Best by date`: July-19 order - January-20 `Best by date`, October-19 order - April-21 `Best by date`

THE BEST
Apparently I've purchased this 26 times so far lol. And I'll keep purchasing it! The peanut butter flavor is so strong and rich. I love that it's made with high oleic peanuts which have a much better fatty acid profile. All you need to do is add water, a little bit of sea salt, and a little bit of sweetener of choice and you have a perfect peanut butter substitute with a fraction of the Calories.

Wonderful & Gluten free!!
I made fabulous Peanut butter cookies with this flour. May friends loved them and my friends have asked for the recipe and asked where to purchase the flour. It's a wonderful quality and makes a fabulous, very peanutty cookie! Because it has no wheat in it, it is gluten free - I've been told the best gluten free most have ever had.

3rd purchase
We use the powder to mix in with oat meal and it well made, pure peanut powder and tastes really delicious. Well packaged and always delivered on time. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good peanut powder.

Great product encased in sub-quality type of package. Could be improved to earn this item 5*stars.
The contents of the package itself is excellent. Taste, texture, quality of the peanut powder is exceptional and well worth the price. I am withholding the fifth star because a solid container, such as a can or plastic bin, would provide the ability to to reseal the powder once opened.

Tastes good and good price
Use this in keto baking. Very good quality and bakes everything well. You don't have to do without treats. Price was lower than healthfood or grocery store.

Great taste, concerned about Aflatoxin
Great taste. Would appreciate a third party test of Aflatoxin levels in order to estimate how much is safe to consume on a regular basis.

Yum!
I eat low carb and I hate peanut butter with sugar in it. I have used this to mix up peanut butter by adding MCT oil, and it’s very handy to take camping. But my favorite use of this powder is in making low-carb chocolate-peanut butter pudding! Mmm, mmm, good!
