Set it, forget it, and let the colony crumble!
Combat Max Ant Killing Bait Stations offer discreet, long-lasting protection by targeting the entire ant colony—not just the ones you see. Easy to place and mess-free, they’re a low-effort, high-impact solution for indoor infestations.

Worked Well at First, But Unsure About Long-Term Effectiveness
This ant killer was really easy to install and use. I liked that it was mess-free and simple to set up. At first, it worked great—noticed a big drop in ant activity right away. After some time, though, it seemed like the ants caught on and found a way around it. So while it definitely worked at first, I’m not totally sure it’s a long-term solution. Still, it was effective and easy to use, so I’d recommend giving it a try if you’re dealing with ants.

Ants very unhappy.
Ants in house portion that is over enclosed crawl space. Used two different kinds of baits. Ants didn't find baits for a week, then very active, then no ants for two weeks now. I prefer baits to using sprays. I have no pets or children to be concerned about, but prefer attacking the colony source than individual ant raiding parties!

Ants ignor it
Put out four bait stations 11 days ago and watched the ants crawl over and around the bait stations. Did not, however, see any ants actually enter the bait stations. Figured it would, probably, take a couple of days for the bait to do it's work. Continued manually smushing the ants and flushing them down the drain whenever they reappeared. There would be no ants for a day or two and then they would be back. Rinse and repeat. There had been no ants for a couple of days, so I thought, maybe, the bait had done it's work. Not so fast. Walked into the kitchen this morning and the ants were back in force, crawling over everything. I gave Combat the benefit of the doubt for 11 days, but times up. Combat "Max" Ant Killing Bait Stations are totally ineffective. Ants just laugh at them (assuming ants can laugh). Don't waste your money.

They work, use them all year long
These work well in my home. We don't have pets so we can out them anywhere and we have no ants. Not sure they work for earwigs but I do place them where I see other crawling critters also. WE live with woods in our backward so I keep these on hand all year long. Bugs tend to come inside in the fall, and summer they love to migrate inside during hot weather.
