Ch4 killed it
While the rest of the book might be fine, chapter 4 (Ch4), has been a let down. It concentrates on the topic of planetary gears in Toyota Prius. The explanation is extremely poor with many notation errors. Pretty much shame on the editor and reviewers. Planetary gears are such a great application in Prius and Volt that having that botched up in Ch4 is a significant let down in this book. Hybrids books usually don't touch this subject and this text did, but so bad that it ruined the rest of the textbook for me.
