Great Device, Great Value
The device arrived way ahead of scheduled delivery. The laptop outer case is in excellent condition, the keyboard looks like new, and everything operates as it should. One note: the battery was very low upon receipt so the screen appeared very dim no matter how I set the display brightness, but after being plugged in and restarted everything is as it should be. Confident this was a good purchase so far.

Buyers **BEWARE**
This is my third yoga 11e. All three are refurbished. So, the minor scratches and blemishes are understood. Here are the things that I have issues with on this last Yoga 11e 1. It states Windows 10, but it has Windows 11. Usually, I would say this would be a plus. But the Yoga 11e doesn't have the possessor or RAM to have Windows 11. The system is so slow, and the response hurts when trying to open an app or even start up. 2. Sound card - 5 minutes into the start of me using this laptop/tablet, the sound goes wonky and is in slow motion sound and sounds like a robot. It's not acceptable for out of the box. 3. The hinge and mismatch screws. Ok, I know this is wear and tear. But Amazon has this in excellent condition. These items should have been replaced. 4. There is no tablet mode. I'm unsure if this is a Win11 thing, but you have a tablet mode on the Action Center. I use this laptop/tablet to watch streams, so I turned the keyboard over so it would stand up to watch. 4.5 Well, it kind of goes with the above. When you have it in the inverted position, the keyboard is still active, and keys are being pushed. I can’t type anything without holding the machine up. Things I enjoy 1. Cheap 2. Is a laptop and tablet 3. Touch screen 4. It does the job for what I need it to do. Yes, I'm returning this. I hope to resolve the issues above with the next one. Wish me luck. I hope this helps you. Thanks for reading.

Good things come in small, refurbished packages
This is hands-down the best laptop I have ever owned!! My boyfriend has a model a few years older than this one and it always works beautifully for him, so I decided to get one for myself after much contemplation and research. I have had this laptop for over a month and I use it heavily on a near-daily basis for taking notes, reading online textbooks, web browsing, writing papers, etc. I don't play video games and I don't have a lot of pictures or music I store on my hard drive, so this is perfect for me. I would highly recommend this computer to those in school and/or those who mainly use their laptops for web browsing and Microsoft Office uses. The smaller screen doesn't bother me at all, but some folks might have an issue with it - just something to be aware of if you're looking for/needing something with a larger screen. The touchscreen works beautifully. It boots up quickly every time I open it, and even with the 4GB of RAM preinstalled, it can handle all of my tabs and programs open (I plan to expand it to 8GB soon). The only "complaint" I have is its battery life. It's decent, much better than that of the ASUS I had before, but I bought this computer refurbished, so maybe in a year or so I'll replace the battery. Still, for the low price and all of the features, durability, convenience, and reliability, this is one hell of a deal! I am a very happy customer! Lenovo is the only brand I will ever buy!!

A decent little laptop, but not perfect.
I bought this to install Linux on, which worked just fine. I haven't tried to troubleshoot whether this is a hardware problem, or a Linux problem, but the rotation sensor does not seem to operate properly. Luckily I am able to lock the rotation via a setting. My login screen, however, is always rotated 90 degrees. The setting apparently doesn't function until I'm logged in. It's not a huge problem, but it's kind of silly. I didn't actually realize this computer had a rotation sensor when I bought it, so that's really on me for not researching enough. That said, all of the hardware works out of the box in Linux, (except perhaps the rotation sensor -- again, I'm not sure if this a hardware or a Linux problem. I *can* rotate the display in Linux, but I just have to tilt the computer 90 degrees past my desired angle.) and the performance seems to match the price. Hopefully it holds up.

Sturdy, affordable, small laptop for daily use. NO BACKLIT KEYS
This met my expectations for the price. I can use it for my daily writing and internet use, it's not gigantic so I can fit it in a smaller bag, and it has a very responsive touchscreen (honestly better quality than I expected for the price). It acts as a 2-1 tablet/computer, while having a much sturdier clamshell hinge than a typical tablet with a keyboard attached. It is much more comfortable to type with in my lap, and feels less delicate (less easily broken). The battery life is pretty standard and no complaints (around 5 hours). Some downsides that were not easily noticeable from viewing it online: - The 11 inch size refers to the viewing portion of the screen, which has a large border, so the actual laptop is more like 13 inches. This was mildly disappointing because I really wanted it to be as small as possible to fit in my day bag. (But it's still fairly small.) - There are no backlit keys on the keyboard. - It is a bit heavy for its size (but not unmanageable). The refurbish job was pretty good. The only issue was the trackpad seemed a little too clacky (maybe loose), but it worked perfectly.

Good purchase for the price.
I have had this laptop for about 6 months now and still working very well. I purchased a refurbished and it had very minimal blemishes. It was a very good purchase.
