2019 Samsung Galaxy A50 128GB - Black (Renewed)

I needed a cheap phone so I bought this Samsung A50 I'm so happy with my purchase, it's a brilliant phone it does everything I need it to do. Camera is good and the battery life is good there's nothing that I dislike about this phone

It worked perfectly

First time buyer of a refurbished, like new phone. Had my doubts but they keep telling us to recycle and think of the planet, so I gave it a go and now deeply regret it. Phone just does not work, started up a couple of times okay but then started cutting out and not starting up again for a couple of hours. Now it won't charge or start up at all. This company offered to replace the battery if I return the phone. So I guess they are hoping to repair a phone that should have been like new, what next a repair for the repair.... Sorry no, I am now going to be out of pocket as I need to return the phone at my own expense to get a refund, totally unsatisfactory. It all seems a bit dodgy to me. I can not start the phone before I return it so I can not delete all my personal information off it, this means I am putting myself directly into the hands of a potential cyber hack. How can I clear the phone before I return it to be just a little out of pocket inplace of taking the full hit just to keep my cyber security safe?

Phone in great condition even came wirh cables which was great. My son was super excited. Only issues was we requested same day delivery and only got phone next day was disappointed as I had promised my son a surprise. Apart from that all was good

I am amazed firstly at the speed of receiving the phone and the condition it was in ,- like new. Have now fired it up and so far it is performing as it should. Early days but I think this seller is well worth following . Well see how it performs over time so far no completes

It looked and operated as good as new. I previously had a Samsung which was about 4 yrs. older than this A50. The difference in operating with this newer model is light years ahead. I hardly ever use the Internet on the A50 so find I usually need to recharge every 3/4 days. Good product!

We had difficulty cutting over to our new model from our old Samsung so, not being technically minded, we went to our local IT shop for assistance. I quote what the technician there said - " the refurbished phone still had the previous google mail on it and it had been forcibly reset'. I don't fully understand what that means but clearly it was something that prevented us carrying out the cutover. He was able to fix the problem but it cost us another £15.

Delivered on time because I needed it urgently and it was 💯 what I ordered for and its good value for my money compared to local shops. Thank you 😊 It
