Kebab Brochette Brocheta Shish EZ BBQ Kabob Skewer Maker with Stainless Steel Skewers

I bought this thinking it might be nice to make kebabs with this as its always so much effort to do it one at a time. This has literally saved hours of time in making shish kebabs. The first time I tried it I layered meet then a couple vegetables then meat. I think i spent about 10 minutes cutting the meet putting it in a marinade cutting vegetables and pineapple.Waiting about 2 hours for the marinade then layered everything into the device stabbed through with the skewers making 14 Kebabs in about 2 minutes.Just simply amazing I wish they made a wider one so you could do a six by six saving even more time. But this was just fast as it was.

I bought this product more as a novelty to see if it really works sine my family enjoys kebabs on the BBQ, and I was looking for a simple way to produce them. I used large pork loin steaks and layered them (stacked) in the device. I then slid the skewers in the assigned holes (various slots depending on how big/small you like the individual pieces of meat. All that was left was to insert a sharp knife into the side slots and slice the meat downward. Easy-peasy! Kebabs all came out perfect and ready to marinate. Much easier to create these kebabs rather than hand-assembling each one individually (and I speak from experience!). The unit is sturdy, assembles easily, and has sufficient skewer slots for any size kebab. I bought this thinking it would make my life easier in summer grilling season. And in a way, it does. I can use a portobello mushroom for instance, instead of having to thread individual mushrooms onto skewers. But if a food doesn't conform to this shape, like a cherry tomato, it may not be hit by a skewer. I've had mixed results in food that isn't flat, like an onion. Also, when taking off the top and trying to remove the cut skewers, they will sometimes fall apart and need to be threaded by hand.Overall, it's a cute gadget, but add in the fact that the kabob falls apart and then the extra cleanup, I may have just spent the same time doing it by hand.

I bought this tool for BBQ party and it's pretty cool. It helped me prepare different combinations of skewers. Not only did it save time, but it was also also very easy to assemble and clean.

Ok - you wont see this on Hells kitchen - but it does make putting together shish kabobs pretty easy. I thought for $10, how could you go wrong - and who wants to pay the supermarket for putting it together. I dont know how long it will ultimately last, but for what it is - it actually works pretty good!

Skewers of meat out is very large and very difficult to eat (too big), Must be cut with a knife after that, and lose the essence of a skewer grilled. The device itself is small and difficult to assemble. By placing the meat on the inside, the device tends to disarm. Its cheap but the results are not good.

I used it this weekend!! My first kabobs!! It was great!

My friend gave me first set last month and I was so impressed using it for my BBQ party. It really saved me time making kebab. Just bought another one for my bigger party, I made 24 x kebab sticks in 20 mins. Awesome product and the best part is it comes with 4 stainless sticks each set already. A+ quality and easy to use.
