I have never been disappointed in a Carlson's product. I found their liquid cod liver oil almost twenty years ago when my toddler had horrible eczema. A very old gentleman who was our dermatologist told me to give her a teaspoon a day. In two weeks her eczema was gone and healed from the inside out. All seven of my children have taken Carlson’s products. Currently, my teenage daughter is taking the Teen capsules. Thank you for making a superior product that never tastes fishy and is always fresh.

This is a good buy, nice quality fish oil for a reasonable price, typical for Carlson. BUT, be aware that the ingredients and potency of this "Teens" capsule are exactly the same as Carlson's standard product. Check the labels. I wish Carlson and others would spare us the marketing tricks and different packaging, keep it simple and pass the resulting savings along to us. This reminds me of the ridiculous sleep aids that are nothing but diphenhydramine HCl (Benadryl). Don't go there, Carlson...we're smarter than that.

I think these would be good quality, but they are so, so big! My teen also said he still burps fishiness, so bummer I can get him to take them.
