Not working, no replacement, no refund.
AO Smith:- Only the name is of no use. Geyser is not working. After installation the lights were turned on but after that he stopped working. Neither does the water heat up nor does any sign of electricity appear in it. When I wanted to do replacement on Amazon, it gives the contact number of the manufacturer but there is no option of replacement. While the replacement window is still open for the next 10 days but it is of no use. After contacting the manufacturing, it was found that he does not provide service in my area. Why does he deliver his product on Amazon in my area when there is no service? Either he should show this area in the note deliverable. If he delivers, he should also provide service. I got 8500 rupees in water. It is also the responsibility of Amazon not to deliver such products to places where they cannot deliver its service. For the first time on Amazon, I have had such a bad experience on Amazon.
