I will leave my original review, for reference, to be able to see how great product support can turn a negative experience into a customer relationship.*** HelmetHead and I troubleshooted and determined that the original case that I received was defective, and were very quick to resolve the concern. I received a warranty replacement, and it's exactly what I was looking for when I purchased this HelmetHead product! As I outlined in my original review, aesthetics of the case are very important to me. This is a personal item that I will be using on an almost daily basis to store and transport medicinal items of mine with a very strong odor. Personal preference, but of all the cases that I personally have used, and have seen amongst friends, this case is the best looking, "coolest" designed, by far. This doesn't look like the other dozens of smell proof cases on Amazon, and I really appreciate that. I also like the fact that the exterior pocket is covered, and not a mesh sleeve, like a majority of cases in this segment. As I have an extra large case that stays in primarily one location, I was in need of a more portable case, but one with enough room to carry a device and accessories. This case is the PERFECT middle ground of portable with ample storage. As pictured, I primarily carry a S&B Mighty, a Santa Cruz 4-piece medium Shredder, two 4 oz. jars, and accessories, and I could definitely still make room for more. There are also a few smaller, padded dividers, but I like this layout for my needs. There are multiple configurations that you can put the dividers in. With the replacement case, the zippers open and close just as smooth (by far the smoothest of any smell proof case) and now sit flush against each other when housed in the attached lock. Being smell proof is absolutely critical, for me, and when the zippers are closed the case does a fantastic job of ensuring odors remained in the case with no linger. To fully test this, I left lid off of the two jars overnight and left the case enclosed in a cabinet. When I returned to it in the morning, I did not smell any odor or trace of the contents inside the case! Overall, I am extremely pleased and happy I made this purchase. This HelmetHead case has the design/styling I am looking for, the storage capacity I need while being portable, while keeping all odors inside and goods protected with the attached lock. It is also very comforting to know that if any problems arise, HelmetHead will work with you and get the issue resolved in a very quick timeframe. ------------------ I have been going through a "Goldilocks" stage trying to find the smell proof case that checks off all the boxes for me. As appearance is important to me, I picked this product up, as I personally think it's the best looking case, and I like the exterior pocket is not see-through mesh. I also like the overall size of this case, as there is lots of storage, and the dimensions are large, while remaining very compact and portable. Build quality is on par with most smell proof cases sold on Amazon. The fabric on this Helmet Head case is nice and more premium feeling, however my unit came with lots of frayed stitching across the various straps, etc. This isn't too big of a deal to me, as not even Skunk brand stitching is perfect. The zippers are the smoothest zipping of any case I've tried, which is good, but also could be where this case has failed me... In its absolute most critical and important requirement: its "smell proof"-ness. The lock feature is a must, but also may be part of what is causing my concerns. To make a long story short, I stored very pungent material in this case, one day, to bring to a place where I did not want the odor to be smelt. I left and returned an hour later to be greeted by the very pungent odor of the material in the case. As I was trying to scramble to free the place of this smell, I noticed that the zippers, first of all don't sit flush against each other (leaving a gap for odor to escape) and second of all the zippers move around so smoothly, that when in the lock, it's very easy for the zippers to move, just by the motion of the bag when transported. Needless to say, I cannot rely on this bag for it's main intended purpose, to ensure that I am able to store/transport material and have the confidence to know that any and all odor will remain inside the case.

This is a great smell proof bag from a great line of products. I've used a smaller bag from Helmet Head that was amazingly functional and smell proof. This case has the following pros: • Amazing functionality with a plethora of ways to secure and organize your belongings inside and outside of the case. • The material Helmet Head makes their bags and cases out of is very durable with great stitching everywhere on their products. •The partitions inside the case are well padded to protect items inside. They're also tall enough to keep items separate and safe. • The locking system is top notch and the spring loaded release works really well on all Helmet Head products. It feels sturdy and fast to lock and unlock. •Great customer service. There was a minor issue with my original case's lock and Helmet Head's staff offered to replace my case immediately. The only con is that this case is a padded soft case and a heavy enough weight on this bag will damage items inside. The padding does really help with any small impacts or drops. Overall, this is a very nice case and well worth the price asked.

Great product to be honest, I got this bag to hold my mmj products and keep my car from smelling when I leave my green inside. Before using this bag, the smell was heavy after about 30minutes in the car(mmj is in separate containers from dispensary, they are child-proof but not smell proof). Since getting the bag, the smell is pretty much non-existent, im usually sniffing around when I get in the car to see if it smells but it really doesnt at all. Apart from it actually being smellproof, the storage size is sufficient and the bag isnt too big or too small, kinda the perfect size for me. The dividers, which are completely customizable, helps manage space and keep things from moving around if its too empty. The lock works great, I've had the bag for about 3 months now and still works like its supposed to. Overall great product, I've never had another smellproof bag so I cant compare but this exceeded my expectations considering its not sealed like a jar.

Great product. Got it for my boyfriend over a year ago as a christmas present 2023. Now it's summer 2025. If it was mine it would still be in good condition however HE has a oz sized jar that's lid protrudes. Anyway it took well over a year of a huge jar (plus tray etc and stuffing it full) and daily use to make the zipper start to give out, it's only just recently become time to retire the bag because you could tell the zipper was starting to struggle. (I know if it was mine it'd still be good condition bc I have my own i got at the same time and it's still good i dont open and close mine as often and dont stuff it full) I would rebuy. (he's gonna find himself a bigger one this time however)

ETA: after the zipper broke I continued to use the case bc it was only one side that broke. Well recently the zipper broke even more, making it where it couldn't be zipped at all. So I decided to look and see how much a new one would be and noticed the 5yr warranty. So I contacted the seller. They were super amazing!!! Honestly have never had better customer service! And my replacement bag was literally here overnight! Absolutely amazing customer service and I HIGHLY recommend this bag and company. Original review: I bought this box in May and have absolutely loved it. Definitely smell proof. Love that it is adjustable on the inside. Has plenty of space my only complaint is that the zipper has broken only 4 months later 😭 I'm so saddened by it. Even slightly tempted to buy another because I enjoyed it so much however I simply can't risk another zipper breaking in a few months.

Tall and spacious enough to fit all prescription bottles , pills or liquid. PLEANTY of room, most of the other ones were not even close to this deep, this is amazing. if you have open herb in the bag, it’s very good for keeping the smell in, and away from people living in your house. It locks, 3 combo lock, the insides are optional to organize . You can move the horses around or take them out entirely . You won’t regret this purchase , money’s well spent (:. I was hoping for them to make a slightly larger bag, but this is largest they have now. Bag is smell-proof. I have a decent sense of smell and I definitely don't smell anything that is in this bag. Bag looks great design-wise and is quite sturdy with a enough padding on all sides that no glass inside should break. I had one issue when I got my bag - the threading inside had a hole. Contacted the seller and they reshipped me a new one free of charge. Great service, definitely will buy again.
