NECA Godzilla vs Mothra 12 Inch Long Action Figure - Godzilla 1964

Neca is killing it with these recent Godzilla figure they’ve been making. Ever since the Godzilla 1962 figure and up I’ve just been finding myself really enjoying Neca’s Godzilla figures. This figure in general though just blows me away and it seems that Neca’s best Godzilla figures are there Showa Era ones *in my opinion*... I have not one single problem with the figure, no broken parts, no messed up details, and no problems with the articulation. Although the figure will be stiff once out of the box, but that easily fixable with hot water or a blow dryer. The atomic breath effect is a bit disappointing because it is a repaint of the atomic breath that we got with the GMK atomic breath version. Still I think the figure itself is definitely worth the buy and I can’t wait for more Neca Godzilla figures in the future...

Great figures. It’s even a tiny bit bigger and heavier than I expected which (as a Godzilla fan) cannot be considered a bad thing. Very excellent detail and textures. The box it comes in is pretty well kept and makes for a great display case for the figure. Last thing I want to include is that the figure comes with the atomic breath attachment. Very very worth the money if you are a collector.

its a cool action figure not so much for a kids toy!! the spikes are sharp and it take some force to even move them,it has some heft to it and the plastic is hard and some joints on the figure it hard to move that sometimes i dont even try! but if your a collecter.....i say get it if you dont like how small the sh mosterarts godzilla vs mothra is. its 6" tall and 12" long and it scales great with most figures i say give it a chance if you want a cool looking figure on display.

Overall I'm very happy with this Godzilla. The figure is roughly 6 1/2-7 inches tall. The tail has to be snapped on and he also comes with his atomic breath accessory. I'm not a serious collector so I may be wrong, but he seems fairly detailed with good coloring on the scales. This figure is based on the Mothra vs Godzilla design so his face is more like an iguana with no ears and his eyes are kinda goofy looking. The box is also pretty cool so you can leave him inside and put him on display too. Very happy with the purchase.

I don't know why Amazon wants me to talk about the "warmth" of this figure (it's a totally irrelevant word) but the "accuracy" they want me to mention is pretty good for NECA. The stock photos of the figure are TERRIBLE. The real figure however is painted better and the head sculpt is more screen accurate than the stock photos. Amazon also wants me to mention the "thickness" for some reason. His tail is kinda thick, but it's supposed to be. I don't understand why they're giving me such weird talking points but there you go. It looks way better in hand and I highly recommend picking it up for the retail price, not the third party mark ups.

This is an "accurate" depiction of Godzilla, or so says my nine year old son! Ha! He loves the figure and has played with it every day since it's arrival. As a connoisseur of all things Godzilla he is enamored. The toy is very well made. It is a heavier, sturdier version than some of the other Godzilla toys we own. I am sure that this one will last us a very long time and we couldn't be happier.

Bought as a Birthday present one very happy boy. Delighted with purchase.

Wow! Ich war ja schon vom letzten NECA GODZILLA 1962 begeistert (in Action zu sehen auf YouTube! NO BUDGET NERD Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla), aber der 64er legt in Sachen Qualität nochmals einen drauf! Die Verpackung ist eine Window Box mit dem jap.Kinoposter von 1964 (allein die ist das Geld schon wert!) Das sculpting ist der Hammer! Das painting ist top! Die Beweglichkeit hervorragend! Anfangs war die Figur etwas steif, aber wenn man die Gelenke ein paar mal ordentlich bewegt hat, ist dieser Godzilla super beweglich. Nicht ganz SH Monsterarts Level aber nah dran und das für nur ein Drittel des Preises! NECA liefert mal wieder so richtig ab! Man kann nur hoffen das endlich mal neue Showa Monster kommen. Godzilla 74/75 z.B. wäre traumhaft! FAZIT: Grandiose Figur auch für den kleinen Geldbeutel!
