children's
Evening dinner. Cami Kangaroo was thinking about how much fun she was going to have at Savannah’s (cousin) birthday party.Daddy Kangaroo told Cami Kangaroo her room needed cleaned. She had been a collector for a long time.Mommy Kangaroo asked Cami Kangaroo how she was coming along.Savannah’s puppy had to be somewhere in this mess. What happened when she opened the closet door?I did not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing this book. While I receive free books from publishers & authors, I am under no obligation to write a positive review. Only an honest one.A very awesome book cover, great colored pictures & proper font & writing style. A very well written children’s educational story book. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s educational movie, a PP classroom presentation or mini TV series. There is no doubt in my mind this is a very easy rating of 5 stars.Thank you for the free author; Roony K Press; BookBub; Amazon Digital Services LLC.; bookTony Parsons MSW (Washburn)

Kudos for Cami
There are few activities that children dread more than cleaning their rooms. There is any number of reasons for this aversion. Maybe they don’t know where to start. Could be they just aren’t motivated. They may be distracted by all the cool stuff their room has to offer. Still, it could be possible they finally have everything exactly where they want it for display purposes and ease of use. My son has used all these reasons as an excuse- umm… explanation as to why he shouldn't have to do the deed. I suspect that I was not much different back in my day.Cami Kangaroo Has Too Much Stuff! In this quick fun story, Set for hardback release later this month, Cami has many of the same reasons. She needs to clean her room before she can go to a birthday party and she doesn’t know where to start. Before long, cleaning the room loses priority as she remembers she was supposed to return a stuffed puppy she borrowed and she can’t find it in the mess. It isn’t that she doesn’t want to do as her parents have asked, but her search has made more of a mess than when she started and all the cool things she has collected keep distracting her.Every page of this book is illustrated magnificently. Cami and her over the top room with its myriad of kid distractions are captured perfectly. Most parents will see their own child in this book (and probably smile) and kids will definitely relate. The soft and cozy colors in the art and dynamic expressions of the characters will keep kids coming back for more.

Organize the mess!
My daughter and I enjoyed Cami Kangaroo Has Too Much Stuff, although my daughter's initial reaction to seeing the cover was that she didn't really want to read a book about having too much stuff. Perhaps that is because she knows she has too much stuff and didn't want to be reminded of that fact. Nonetheless, we read the book together and we enjoyed the story. Cami is reminded by her mom to clean her room in order to be allowed to attend a party. Cami reluctantly goes to clean her room and becomes distracted by all her cool stuff. She remembers that she needs to return something special to her friend, but where is it? Daddy Kangaroo ends up coming into her room to help her locate the lost item and they organize the room together. In the end, we find out that the whole family needs some organization.I felt the story ended a little on a cliffhanger. Did the family become more organized? Sure Cami's room was clean, but did it stay that way? Will there be carryover? Well, there are organizing tips at the end of the book, so I guess it's up to the reader to learn to be more organized.I found this book when it was available for a free download and I am voluntarily sharing my review to let parents know what books are good for children.

This is a great book about responsibility
This is a well-written and nicely illustrated book that teaches children about responsibility. Cami has to clean her room before her friend’s birthday party. As she starts cleaning, she collects some items into her pouch. As she is trying to clean, she relatives she had to return her friends toy. While searching, she makes a bigger mess. Now she is overwhelmed. She hasn’t found her friend’s toy and she has a bigger mess to clean. Daddy Kangaroo comes to the rescue! Cami learns the importance of organization and responsibility. A great read! Highly recommend!

Fun story with a great lesson
Cami Kangaroo learns the value of cleaning your room and taking care of your toys in this sweet book. My kids really liked the story and the illustrations, and we were able to talk about what Cami learning in the book and use that in our daily lives. I highly recommend this book if you have little kids that are learning to take care of their things. It was wonderful!

We can relate with this story my kids would always struggle to find things because they had too much stuff. Great addition to a kids library. My son enjoyed it.

Social Story about being Tidy
There was a lot of information in this story (spoiler alert), so if you are thinking of it for an AU or behavior social story you will have to modified it (delete all the extra side characters- cousin’s birthday part, looking for the missing borrowed item, brother hiding he her things - reading about trying to clean her room and why its important to keep it clean (hopefully they will want you to read all of it after the summing it up portions are read)). For general population children its excellent and relatable. Love the family theme and the parents pitching in to help because little ones do get side track and want to play. It’s so age appropriate and shows that adults need to help guide, demonstrate, and encourage.

Caring for our stuff
Cami has too much stuff! So what happens when she loses her friends toy among all the fuss? A great story about caring for your stuff and taking responsibility for our own messes. My kiddo could relate, his room is often a jungle. After reading this together as a family we’ve all decided we could all do with less!

Everybody loves Cami!
We had already read Stacy C Bauer's "Cami Kangaroo has too many sweets" and, thus, couldn't wait to get our hands onto this little treasure. Cami is such a sweet and relatable character; you can't help but love her. This time, Cami is overwhelmed by the task to clean up her room. That's a situation every child knows to well, which is why little readers enjoy joining Cami on her journey to 1) overcome the urge to collect things, 2) stay focussed while doing a chore, and 3) better manage and organise things for less trouble in the future. The entertaining story is brought to life by gorgeous illustrations from a very talented illustrator. Overall, I'd highly recommend this book! We, for sure, can't wait for the next book.

Lovely picture book with very cute illustrations.
Like many of us, Cami Kangaroo loves collecting things, which can make it very difficult to find things she needs (like a cuddly toy she must return to her friend). This lovely picture book has very cute, colourful illustrations, and is a great story to help encourage kids to tidy their rooms. Highly recommended.

A delightful story and beautiful illustrations!
We really enjoyed this delightful story and it helped to bring about a good discussion with my daughter about keeping her room tidy and what happens if we have “too much stuff”.It’s nice to have the tips from other parents at the end too.

Beautiful illustrations and a story with a valuable lesson
I loved this book really fun to read. Full of colour with wonderful illustrations that draw you into the story and a valuable lesson told in a sensitive way. It made me smile when the lesson learnt also spread to the parents. Loved the page at the end with advise on how others deal with their kids messy rooms. An all round brilliant read.
