Value for money.
Product is good but issue is warranty on Amazon is two years and warranty period if bought from local store is 5years. I bought 2year extended warranty on Amazon for 149 rupees extra. Although local technicians said many butterfly and pigeon, preethi grinders are easily working for more than 10years without problems and it is a very good company. I will trust them on it! Product is working fine and can easily grind 1-1.5kg batter into smooth paste consistency easily. I like it! 👍

Not easy; Mixie would be better
If you have time and patience, this is a good product. 1.5 kg of batter took 45 minutes to grind well. This machine is not for small quick jobs. Maybe for dosa or idly batter it works really well. Removing the stone and then retrieving the batter seems simple enough but the stone is heavy. Although I do not regret buying this machine, One needs to bear in mind that it is not as versatile as a Mixie (Mixer grinder).

grinding is not up to the mark
The product seems to be good, but grinding is not up to the mark. Roller stones are very light weight. We tried to grind rice and Dal for dosa batter, at the end of the grinding still there are some rice and dall particles. We have butterfly grinder which was purchased in the year of 2000 is still working properly compare to this new butterfly grinder.

This product does things neatly what it was meant to be. The batter came out very well. Weight of the machine is not too heavier for a normal adult and easy decoupling of its fittings is an advantage I would say. The noise could have been bit at the lower end.

Hi,This item comes to me in bad condition there are alot of marks on this machine. Obviously it is not brand new and it should not sold under brand new category. I don't recommend.
