Just Buy It!
I just moved in to an empty room and have been searching for furniture for a long time, especially the chair for computer desk. I noticed that this chair has a better appearance and decided to give it a try. And I’m surprised by how good it is. The chair arrived very soon. It’s well packed and protected, without a single scratch. It’s not a light one, which means it’s really stable, but it’s also easy for me to install it alone around 20 minutes. As for the design of the chair, I love both its neck and lumbar support, which are flexible and comfortable. No matter how deep you sit, they can offer firm support. The neck support can also be adjusted up and down for people with different height. The armrest can also be adjusted. In fact, there are a lot of freedom given in installation, so that I could find the best setting for myself after a few tries. I sit in front of my computer many hours each day, so quality of the seat cushion is really important for me. This chair’s seat cushion is quite thick and soft. I still feel good after sitting for hours each day. Also, the wheels are quiet and smooth to move around. Overall, this is really a wonderful choice with very competitive price. I have done quite a lot research on the chair selling on Amazon. I think this one, my final choice, is the best cost performance ergonomic chair. After using it for several days, I really like it and I strongly recommend this chair to anyone finding an ergonomic chair below 200 bulks.

Great chair, good for my height (5ft3in)
Pros: - Easy to follow assembly instructions. - Lumbar support is nice but wished it had a larger range to go deeper into my back. - Very comfortable so far (it's only been 2 days) - Good size for me (and probably most people). I am 5ft3in. I use the lowest setting to barely plant my feet on the floor or a taller setting where can plant my feet on my footrest. I'd say if you were shorter and wanted to plant your feet on the floor it would probably be too tall. My boyfriend is around 6ft1in and it is comfortable for him but if he were a few inches taller the chair would probably be too short. - The armrests height are adjustable. I use the highest setting and it is perfect for me to rest my elbows on. - The seat is large enough that I can sit with my legs crossed on the seat comfortably, which I really like. Note that if you are shorter than I am you may not be able to bend your knees if you sit completely against the back of the chair, due to the length of the seat. The back of my knees are right on the edge of the seat when I sit against the back of the chair. Cons: - The headrest is definitely the cheapest part of the chair, specifically the plastic part that adjusts the height. You have to position it to the right position in relation to your head or else it will collapse when you lean your head back. Mainly why this is minus 1 star. - It may not be a con for some, but the seat fabric is not leather/faux leather type of material. So it might stain more easily and be harder to clean.

Good product and good support from seller
I bought this chair back in March. It was easy to assemble and even comes with gloves. The chair is comfortable even when sitting in it all day working from home. In July one of the arm pads developed a split. I emailed the seller asking if it was covered under any warranty. They quickly replied that they would send out a replacement directly from the factory which might take 2 months to arrive. They also offered a $25 credit to purchase a universal arm rest to use while I waited. Since the original armrest was still usable I did not need one while I waited but it was a nice offer. The replacement arrive 25 days later and even came with 4 new bolts even though I could use the 2 from the original. I am quite pleased with the chair and like that the company takes care of the customer.

Broke in less than a year
Bought this chair for $200 in March 2020 for WFH. I fit within the weight limit for the chair and I don't consider myself "hard" on it's use, but it was reasonably comfortable. Wasn't a fan of it's lumbar support from day 1, but I got it within a reasonable tolerance. By NO means was this chair, or intended to be, a "8 hour work day chair" but I'm often up and walking around while I'm working, so it fit my needs. I used it for about 2 months until my employer allowed me to bring my office's high-end Steelcase office chair home. Opted for that because that Steelcase is an awesome chair (and there's a reason they cost $1K and up). I used the Steelcase from May 2020 until July 2021, then brought that chair back to my office and swapped back to my "new" Ticova for WFH. My Ticova was in the corner of my home office, generally holding my hoodie or a pair of sandals at most that entire time. About a week ago (late Aug. 2021) the recline mechanism broke and it will not lock anymore. Engage the lock, it holds for a moment or two then it releases so I can't sit up straight anymore. This chair is now nearly unusable as a work chair. Contacted Ticova support. Technically the chair is out of warranty, but with how little use it's gotten since I bought it, I suspect it was flawed from the factory and had I been using it full time for WFH I would have discovered this flaw within the warranty period. Ticova's support response, while prompt, essentially said the "frame would need replacing" and I could buy one. That's it. This is telling me this chair was a piece of $200 junk from the very beginning and Ticova's "support" is indifferent at best. I've gotten better performance out of a $50 junk chair I bought at Walmart, lasted me 4 years until I replaced it with this Ticova. If you're doing the new 50/50 office/WFH (or permanent WFH!) with your job , pay up for a GOOD chair from a reputable company that stands fully behind their product. Avoid anything Ticova. Overpriced for low quality and really tone-deaf support.
