Love this Magnesium it helps to calm your nerves and calm the brain before bed, I purchased this for 6 mos. at the cost of between 14-15 dollars, then the vendor I purchased from quit carrying it and the price has now gone to 19.00 a bottle a 5-dollar increase I won't pay, and it doesn't go on sale. So am now on the hunt for something new.

I find this supplement very helpful

This product works for helping me go to sleep at night, I am a real insomniac and can never get to sleep at normal hours without this stuff, I take some melatonin and 2 cap falls of this ionic magnesium and I am relaxed in 30 minutes asleep with in the hour, I have tried melatonin alone and it's no good for a full night's sleep, I need the magnesium for the relaxing effects, I tried CALM but it gives me diarrhea, so Ionic magnesium works best for me,

I take this in conjunction with Eidon's Potassium Mineral Supplement. I have used this combination for 4 months and I can sincerely state that this combo has lowered my blood pressure--both the systolic and diastolic--10 points. I use two dropper full 1x each day on an empty stomach with 2 ounces of loads of pulp orange juice. I would recommend mixing it with juice, because if you place it directly under your tongue straight from the bottle it is not a pleasant taste---it's a mineral--and therefore the taste stays with you for quite awhile.
