This is a great multivitamin. It scored high in the SuppCo App, which gives me the reassurance that it is a high quality product. It has everything that I need at 51 yrs. This also helps cutting down cost on buying multiple supplements. Price is good for the quality you get. Not all supplements are created equal. I started feeling better after taking this multivitamin. I always take it after eating breakfast. This helps me not have that sick feeling associated with multi. Very pleased and great product.

I’m 59, and this is the best multivitamin I’ve ever tried! I sleep so much better now — I fall asleep easily and wake up feeling fully rested. I even started dreaming again, since I sleep through the night without waking up like I used to. I feel more energetic during the day and in a much better mood. It’s truly great value for money! Before buying, I saw a few reviews saying the pill is hard to swallow, but honestly, if you take it with water and swallow naturally without focusing on the size, it goes down just like any other pill. Give it a try — you’ll definitely notice the difference!

I really like these vitamins but they’re quite large. I had to split them into smaller pieces.

My mom has been taking these vitamins for a few weeks and she can already feel the difference — more energy, better focus, and overall she just feels healthier. They’re easy to swallow and don’t upset her stomach like some other brands do. I really appreciate that they include all the essential nutrients women over 50 need. Definitely a great choice and she’ll keep buying them!

Great vitamins for women

Im impressed by the ingredients in the vitamins. Just started taking them I'll finish it after I have taken them for a few weeks

I'm in my 60s, pretty active, and a vegan. I don't necessarily eat the healthiest of diets. I finally decided to start taking a multi to fill in the gaps. I chose this brand and version based on what I have researched for my needs. I take this, B2, DHA for vegans, magnesium, and electrolytes (because I sweat a lot). I don't always take these on a regular basis but I'm starting to realize I feel much more energetic when I do take these. They do have a bit of an aftertaste that I could do without and that's probably why I don't reach for them everyday. But, it's not that bad, and I do feel better when I take them so that's a small tradeoff.

I HAVE BEEN TAKING THESE VOTIMIMINS FOR OVER A WEEK. THEY SEEM TO BE PRETTY GOOD

La composición fue el factor determinante para la elección del producto, muy completa. Conocía la marca y ese fue otro punto a favor. Sientan bien y no han producido molestias gastrointestinales. Las grageas son grandes pero fáciles de tragar y 1 al día es cómodo. Determinar su eficacia para 5* aún es pronto, ya que estos productos requieren varios meses de toma continua. Por ahora, contenta.

Mi valoracion es positiva, creo que el formato de las pastillas o comprimidos son un poco grandes, pero el poco tiempo de unas tres semanas de uso ha estado bien hasta ahora. Recomendaría su uso Gracias
