I want to note, that “vitamins” aren’t just vitamins. They aren’t all equal. There are many forms of each vitamin, and their bioavailability differs extremely. In this product you’ll find methylated b vitamins, which makes them much more useful for your body. Other forms might pass right through and not be properly absorbed. As for taste, there is almost none. Any slight smell or taste is not a problem at all, and I’m usually sensitive to foul tastes. The size of the capsule is normal and easy to swallow. All in all, I’m very happy with this vitamin, and I’ve tried many vitamins and supplements. I do feel that it works. Especially if I stop taking it for a month, and then take it again. That’s when you can really tell it’s been working. The cost for the product can not be beat. Highly recommend.

This was a reorder. I originally received this from my Daughter as One looking after the health of Her elderly Momma. My Daughter is a voracious researcher on nearly EVERYTHING that concerns living on this planet so this multivitamin is no small exception. The results for me have been very beneficial which is why I decided to reorder. I noticed a difference in my digestive system after having gone without them for 3 days and not for the better! Regular potty visits has been just one of the benefits. I absolutely recommend!

This is a wonderful multivitamin, it has so so many good things in it & you can feel the difference while taking it . Once I run out my energy goes with it . So I keep these on hand all the time . Have reordered more times than I can count ! Great product ! This one is without the iron !

This is a great multivitamin. Great value for your money. There is no smell to them. However they are a little bit bigger than I expected which made it a little bit harder to swallow. Overall I would definitely purchase again

2016 Review: Phenomenal! I suggest two daily capsules per 100 pounds of bodyweight. It's cheap in comparison to other brands but the quality is good, and in my opinion, this is the best bang-for-your-buck whole food multivitamin on the market. I personally prefer the one with iron versus the one without iron-- It's only 1 dollar more and you are getting quality iron. Regardless, all of the minerals in this multi are chelates, so there is a lesser risk of toxicity when taking greater amounts of it, and the body can better metabolize it. The only multi that comes close is the Naturelo Men's whole food multivitamin, but the price is more than double per serving. I have compared on a spreadsheet the contents of this multivitamin to that of the Youngevity products and this is what I found that is lacking. -The vitamin C is low -The B vitamin are low -No Strontium -No Amino acids -No Phosphorus -No Vanadium -No Boron Other than that, this product it great. I am a believer in Dr. Joel Wallach's research, but his stuff is expensive, so I use alternatives to get in all of my nutrients. My alternative supplement plan costs $75 per month versus the Youngevity $100. Not because Dr. Wallach’s research is bad, but because it may not be necessary to over supplement if you don’t have a chronic illness. I now take the multi without iron because it has been shown that supplementing B vitamins and Vitamin D3 reverse anemia, rather than direct iron supplementation. Same with the calcium— vitamin D3 and K2 supplementation can help with low calcium rather than direct calcium supplementation. My diet is rotated seasonally, like what Dr. John Douillard recommends. During the winter I try to eat more Atkins or Keto, and every other season I try to eat at least 30g of fiber per day. Due to seasons of higher and lower protein consumption, I don’t supplement with amino acids anymore either. I now prioritize 3 supplements: 1.) Paradise Herbs Multivitamin (1-2 per 100lbs) 2.) Zenwise Vegan Omega-3, 120 ct (2-6 softgels per 100 lbs) 3.) Micronutrients Vitamin D3 + K2 (1 during warm seasons; 2 during cool seasons; up to 6 during an infection of any kind)

I specifically need a multivitamin with iron and have used Earth's Blend Superfood Multi with Iron for years. They are vegetarian, though I am not a vegetarian. I just find that vegetarian supplements are much easier on my digestive system and do not cause any aftertaste. The Superfood blend has had a great positive impact on my health. I'm able to reap the benefits of these foods without having to 'eat' them. As a diabetic, my diet can be restrictive, even when consuming natural sugars. (And nope, this is NOT medical advice, just sharing my personal experience.) The Green Superfoods in here is like mixing up a green smoothie, just without all the sugar (even if it is natural sugar) and who's got the time for that fuss anyhow. Same with the Veggie Berry Blend. I'm not going to be able to eat enough berries/certain veggies or drink berry/vegetable juices for the benefit to outweigh the impact on my glucose levels. I realize this is different for everyone, and there are ALL sorts of ways to mitigate this, but I'm only sharing my experience with this after many trials and errors personal to me. Anyhow, this multivitamin with the Superfoods has really helped me incorporate the benefit without the negatives. I'll continue to purchase.

My teenage son & I both take these & love them. They’re easy to swallow/not too big, they’ve cleared up our skin, improved our moods & boosted our immune systems. I love all the whole foods that are included in the supplement, because we’re not the greatest at eating a super balanced diet (ARFID), but I really feel like this fills in those gaps for us!
