Thanks to the pure wick, I no longer wear a catheter. However the 2way Foley stabilization device holds up for weeks at a time, don't be afraid to reinforce it with some 3m Tegaderm or whatever you choose.

Expensive for single device but it is well worth it, adhesive lasted longer than cheaper brand.
