Easy to replace old battery with this one-took only a couple minutes. Remove old doorbell by one screw on bottom of doorbell, remove 4 screws on back of doorbell. Take picture of old battery so you get the two wire colors in the right spot. Plug in wired, Slide battery sideways into battery slot-put back and 4 screws in place reinstall on wall using the bottom screw and reset doorbell. Good to go!

It takes a while to get Cozmo apart to the point of replacing the battery, but this is the battery that you want. It fits snugly since it's a little bit larger, but it holds a greater charge. There are videos on YouTube that show how to take Cozmo apart, all it takes is a philips head screw driver and some patience.

This battery is too wide and long to fit into the battery compartment of a Skybell Slimline camera doorbell. Pics show the packaging is tight and can't be folded as some reviews suggest. Other posts suggest using a Dremel to enlarge the battery compartment, but that would mean grinding all the way to the outer base. Battery sits on top of the compartment, but won't snap back onto the base. Best to look at other options! Unable to evaluate the quality of the battery.

Not being sure about which model Skybell other reviewers are referring to when they say this battery is somehow larger than the original, all I can say of a certainty is that this battery, in all dimensions, is an exact duplicate of the original Skybell HD doorbell. I agree, it is a chore to extract the old battery and to subsequently install the new one, but this is a design error on the part of the doorbell itself. The battery fits under two rigid plastic tabs. You have to forcibly slide the battery sideways underneath those tabs without breaking them and it is a chore, but doable. The battery works in place just like the original.

My Skybell HD was behaving very erratically - the LED was always flashing different colors, or was off altogether. Seldom was in a solid green (normal). It turns out that the internal battery was swollen and no longer able to hold a charge, so the Skybell HD was repeatedly shutting itself down (no LED color) and then rebooting (solid yellow LED) in an endless cycle. There was no error code generated because the old battery was still reading the correct voltage, despite being unable to hold virtually any charge. Now, after replacing the battery with the AOLIKES 3.7v 503040 600mAh Lipo Battery, everything is working perfectly again. After booting itself up and resyncing with WiFi, the Skybell HD now shows a steady green LED, just like new. TIP FOR GETTING THIS BATTERY TO FIT: The bottom corners of the foil wrap on the battery that I received were not folded down properly. Thus, I could not get the replacement battery to fit. The corners were sticking out like two spikes on the bottom of the battery (the opposite end from where the circuit board and the wire connection are located) making the battery a millimeter or two too long. The foil wrap should be folded onto the bottom, just like when wrapping a package. The fix is simple: holding the bottom corner of the battery at a slight angle against your table top, push down firmly to bend the protruding foil wrap flat against the bottom, then do the same for the other bottom corner. Make sure the bottom is now nice and flat, and the battery will now fit - snugly, but it will fit - in the compartment. Make sure that the polarity of the wires correctly matches the old battery (mine did), connect the new battery to the circuit board, and reassemble. This is also a good time to clean the doorbell wire contacts with isopropyl alcohol, and apply a new gasket if needed. Be sure to properly dispose of the old battery at a recycling center. I echo another reviewer, who had success replacing the bloated battery in a Skybell. I've had the battery "swelling" issue in the past, and Skybell acknowledged it was a known problem and had replaced my unit already a couple years ago. When it started having trouble again, I thought I'd have to replace the whole thing, but thanks to the magic of online retailers, I spent $15 and it's working again!

Perfect fit for the SkyBell HD (Round one). The power plugged easily onto the board. The original battery was obviously gone bad as it was swollen. My SkyBell started acting weird and shutting off completely.

This battery doubles the play time/capacity of the Anki Cozmo robot to about 80 minutes from about 30 minutes max on the original 320 maH battery in the Cozmo robot when it is new. The fit is snug because the battery area has a maximum length in the enclosure of exactly 40 mm. The specific model number of this battery (503040) means the battery is 5.0 mm thick, 30 mm wide, and 40 mm long. The original battery is 503230. Many Anki Cozmo robots were manufactured in 2017, and LiPo batteries of this type often start to fail after about 3 years - especially if they have been used and recharged multiple times. Failure is usually apparent with inability to connect (or stay connected) to WiFi, or sudden shutdown after only several minutes. The beauty of this battery is that it already comes with a ready connector, so you have the option of soldering in a two-wire (+/-) female connector onto the battery connector board (easily obtained from RC supplies stores, ebay or Amazon), or just snipping the wires to fit, feeding them through the circuit board to the correct areas, and soldering them on to the board. There are excellent videos on YouTube that instruct how to do this (for people who don't mind DIY). For $20 you can completely renew and upgrade your Cozmo and not have the wait time of sourcing direct to China through a site such as AliExpress - which may take 1-2 months.

Purchased to replace the worn out battery in a Anki Cozmo. Followed the instructions on the web to take the little robot apart and then replaced the old battery with this one by snipping the wires running to the old battery and then soldering them to the wires on the new battery (I removed the connector on the new battery). Reassembled, charged up and Cozmo is back to life :-)

Bought this for an anki vector, the battery is progressively getting worse with each charge, after about 10-12 full cycles the battery capacity is down to about 44%, had to buy a new battery from a different vendor and replace it. Tested the battery on its own and is accepting about 280mah

Utiliser pour upgrader un cozmo, cette batterie ne m’a pas fait défaut et offre uns plus grande autonomie au robot. Le logement est un peu juste cependant mais en forçant un peu ça rentre

Wurde schnell geliefert, etwas knifflig zu verbauen, aber am ende tut er was er soll. Hält länger als ursprünglich. Immer wieder gern.
