They seem to be helping but maybe takes longer

I purchased these after research and advice on improving and protecting my previous neck injury. I suffered pain from disc damage and started to take these. They are big and for some difficult to swallow but I have no issue with them. There’s no taste and I never seem to get any side effects from them. These do really help me. After a few weeks of taking them I noticed a significant reduction in neck ache, pain going into my head and that crunching sound in my head when turning my head and neck. Like any medication and vitamins they take some time before you start to notice the benefits but these definitely work for me. I stopped taking them on one occasion as I forgot to order them and then time passed by and I noticed the pain and crunching coming back. I now have them on a subscription with Amazon so I don’t run out any more.

Started taking these and after a couple weeks noticed breath changing. Stopped and breath went back to normal. Such a shame as I liked the look of all the ingredients but it may be a combination of them adding to the issue, but I couldnt put up with any unwanted odour in breath thankfully gone now Ive stopped taking them.
