received pan with flimsy hinge that was missing screw on one side of the hinge. in-spite of this I gave the pan 1 try to see how the cooking would be. disappointed, tried with eggs and added oil to help. poor non stick surface really was not non stick. Overall a cheap pan that was compromised from the start- hinge- and not worth really anything to help with what it is advertised to do.used only once to flip eggs.

I bought one years ago. It was time for a new one. The quality is no longer the same. Smaller, plastic handles that melt on a burner, after 3 uses food sticks.Would not recommend!!
