Fast shipping and great product. The combination of heat and massage feels amazing. Has a variety of settings from heat to vibration or both at the same time. Easy to use and they fit great. My knees hurt less and when they do I look forward to wearing them and feel the discomfort disappear.

A well thought out device! Three heat levels, three vibrator intensity levels and two modes - pulsing or continuous. Use on one or both knees. I even found that I could stack one above the other and use it on my hip and back! Heat and vibration - the magic bullets for orthopedic problems. I liked it so much I bought another one for my sister.

As of June 21, 2021 I’ve been using these wraps for about a month 4-5 times a week 2-3 times a day. So far, they work well. I read many of the reviews, especially the 1 star reviews. Here’s my experience: Pro: - good heat distribution around the knee - Velcro holds the wrap in place securely - vibration is a little goofy at first but I got used to it and then I found it helpful - I have grade 3 osteoarthritis and my knees are sort of a mess after decades of sports abuse. This heating wrap is part of the litany of therapies I use - cold, heat, massage, counter irritants, diclofenac gel and NSAID’s. This wrap supplies the heat/massage - you can use the one wrap with the controller alone or both together - the wraps unplug from one another and that fact provides a lot a lot of utility - good for pre-golf and cycling warm up Con: - Could use one more heat setting. It doesn’t get quite hot enough for my purposes - not sure how long it will last, many of the 1 star reviews centered on lack of longevity. - could use multiple timer settings rather than a flat 30 minute shut off Overall this was a good purchase. I suspect my knee “adventure” will eventually land me in the OR and I’ll do whatever to stall that for as long as possible. My left knee sucks - wakes me up at night burning and aching. Awaiting a cortisone shot next week that I hope helps but I have my doubts because the cortisone shot in my shoulder 10 years ago didn’t do a thing for my shoulder pain. It did clear up my hay fever for a month. I’ll take whatever relief I can get and this heat/vibration cuff set fills the bill for now. Hope that helps! You guys theses are great! My daughter got them for Christmas and loves!!!! Her knees ache as she rides horses and works at a doggy daycare all day so she is on her feet constantly. She says the heat is amazing while chilling on the couch. She says they work great on the thighs or calves as well.

Works as the description states, but the massager is just four motors with weights which spin and vibrate. It's awfully loud, and the heat is negligible. I didn't think I would mind the 30 minute auto-shutoff, but that is too short of a time. There is also no way to turn on just the heat. The vibrations turn on when you want just heat. I will be sending this bad for a refund and getting heat pads with velcro straps to secure them around my knees.

Suite à une légère entorse au genoux (je pense!) J'ai décidé d'acquérir ce genre d'article, car très satisfait avec un autre modèle pour les cervicales. La qualité semble très bonne, avec de bon matériaux, doux et confortable (jambe allongée bien sûr) La séance de fonctionnement dure +- 15 à 20 minutes. Simple d'utilisation. Les deux genouillères peuvent s'utiliser séparément (très bien pensé!) La chaleur réglable est très agréable et procure un très bon soulagement, tout comme le système de vibrations, réglable aussi, mais au niveau des styles de vibrations. Transfo sur secteur est séparé des genouillères. Au total, très satisfait, bien utile et me permets de ne presque plus avoir de douleurs et me permets pouvoir me mouvoir presque normalement. (A noter, utilisation régulière de pommade également!) A conseiller franchement aux intéressés.

Im fortgeschrittenen Alter fällt es oft nicht leicht nach längerem Sitzen wieder aufzustehen. Da sind die Kniegelenke steif und schmerzen. Eine Operation will ich möglichst vermeiden, also mal dieses Gerät ausprobieren. Da ich schon andere Geräte von Comfier habe, fiel mir die Auswahl nicht schwer. Und ja, nach einem längeren Sitzen vor dem Fernseher mit der Massage und der angenehmen Wärme fällt es mir wirklich leichter, wieder in "die Gänge" zu kommen. Ok, die unterschiedlichen Vibrationsmodi bräuchte ich nicht, denn ich schalte auf Dauervibration und da wäre eine unterschiedliche Vibrations Stärke für mich sinnvoller, aber gut, das ist Geschmackssache. Sonst gut die drei Wärme Stufen und das Kabel stört nicht, da es lange genug ist. Alles in allem für mich eine "Ergänzung" zum Fernsehabend.
