So far so good. Key note: Make sure you push your feeder hose hard into the unit. It will leak if you don't. I like the single hose method, and the filters are holding well. Love some of the new things compared to my older dispenser, including how it looks (it blends in well with my fridge). Barely can hear it when it started up, and all three dispensers work. Tried the cold (my go-to), and the water is cold and refreshing!

I purchased this dispenser 2 years ago & it worked fine until recently. First the hot water stopped, then the cold water and eventually the entire unit stopped. Tried contacting Customer Service numerous times and the only way to get a response is email. They tried emailing instructions to troubleshoot several times but after I’ve taken the entire unit apart, they claim that there’s nothing to troubleshoot and must buy a new one. Seriously?! After reading other reviews, I see it’s this company’s poor business practice to make units that stop working within 2 years and force customers to buy new ones. I wouldn’t take this dispenser even if it was free. DO NOT BUY!

I shared the fridge water line, but because I wanted to put it on the other side of the cabinets the line had to run behind the stove. After I reviewed what came with it, I was able to figure out what I would need. So $25 and a trip to a big box store later, I had the 20-foot hose and all of the attachments to connect to the plastic components that came with it. Emptied a gallon or so to clear the filters, gave it overnight to cool and heat, and it is great. I don't hear it anymore than a fridge - if you are standing next to it when it cools, you will hear it. Across the room? Not with my ears.

Under-Sink valve provided with this item immediately leaks after proper installation by customer with plumbing experience of the handyman variety. This is the first step in the process of installation and the manufacturer has failed to provide a basic and near universal component that is capable of basic functioning without causing potential water damage to the area below the consumers kitchen sink. This is not only unsatisfactory but shameful on behalf of this Amazon vendor. Returning this cooler would be a nightmare for me, so I’m leaving a review to set the records straight while also requesting a refund with the express refusal to return the item if asked given the highly inconvenient logistical nature of allocating it back to Amazon. I will not return this to you, and demand the funds used to give this appliance a college try. Please advise. -Ross G, Amazon Prime customer and regular purchaser for 12+ years

Love that I can have my tea & cold water!

No more buying bottled water no after taste and very good don’t need to use the kettle hot water is great for making a cup of tea

Great product. Good tasting water. Hot and cold temperatures are very good. Bottleless is definitely the way to go.
