Finely ground Chia Seed, really fine!
The chia seed is finely ground, very nice. I have purchased previously other brand whose chia seed is not ground finely, the ground seed size is irregular - some is coarsely ground, and my husband doesn't like it. As we have "pocket" in our stomach and colon, we don't want the seed stuck inside the pockets, so whenever we eat chia seed or flax seed, we need to eat them finely ground. I used to buy that "S" brand from Whole Foods, but when Whole Foods was out of stock at that time, I found Anthony's from Amazon on line. Luckily, I bought Anthony's Organic Ground Chia Seed. I think I would purchase Anthony's Organic finely ground chia seed from now on.
