This stuff is fantastic!!! There's directions on how to prepare a spray bottle pretreatment, for tough stains. The cleaning agent works excellent on the carpet. It has a really fresh smell, that's light, and dissappears. Great for odors.

I learned about this product when my office flooded several years ago. One of my employees, who had a carpet cleaning business in the past, brought us a portion of a jug. He told me he swore by it, even removed cat ruin smells. Fortunately I didn’t have that but It did a fantastic job removing the gross flood smell. The product has a smell that quickly goes away, along with the odor you are trying to remove. I gave some to a friend needing to remove smoking odors from a car and she told me it worked great. Highly recommend.

For Carpet companies or business this is a great option to offer a basic urine treatment. nice smells as final result. For home owners (no professional cleaners) mix it with water, nice option as deodorizer

Works very well

I’m the owner of a carpet & tile cleaning business and this is the only stuff I use for odor removal. It’s not as strongly scented as other commercial competitors and clients live the smell it leaves behind. I use it for pet and other biological odors. I think this product is amazing and worth the money. It removed mold and mildew smells with ease. If you mix it 50/50 with hot water soak the area and let the product sit it makes any thing smell much better. I haven’t gotten any call backs. I give this product 2 thumbs WAY UP.
