Excellent customer service
Seller rang me after I complained about a discrepancy with the advertised pouch weights and those I received. Advised Felix have reduced their pouch sizes and they will now update their description. They sent me a small refund due to the discrepancy as the packs as now 85g instead of 100g. Excellent customer service

Very useful and saves carrying.

High price
I wasn’t really paying too much attention when I ordered this. Usually I pay a little less than this for 88 pouches. Stupid me just assumed this was for two boxes of 44 because of the price. My son took the delivery and it wasn’t until I took the last pouch out of the box that I realised there was just the one. Ridiculously expensive. Won’t be making the same mistake again.

I have 2 cats so I go through a lot of food. The ordinary packs are very expensive and only last a few days. Buying like this works out a lot cheaper. Felix is my cat’s favourite and there are a lot of different flavours to choose from
