Don't be cheap, buy a better one. Get what you paid for.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I bought two of these in January. I told the wife it was one pack for each remote but we all know the truth--both controllers are for me so I can seemlessly swap out controls on the fly with minimal down time. I thought the ad for this product on Amazon said one year warranty but apparently my return window ended in February. Valentines day, in fact. Yet another disappointing and traumatic Valentine's Day memory for me. =( Well now it's April 30th and neither work proper. I have had issues with the batteries recharging. When they were working properly, they would fully charge in about six hours and last about the same in game time. Maybe eight hours. I know this thanks to timed binging of Battlefield 4 with my brothers. That whole "25 hours of game time in four hours of charging" is just a sweet, sweet lie meant to bait us in, make us feel pretty, and ultimately leaves us feeling used and discarded. Anywho. For the last month and a half--meaning I owned them for a whopping 45 days up front, and about 60 days with issues--they've not been wanting to charge. Today alone my xbox has been on since 7am with the controllers both plugged in to charge since about 7:45am. It's almost 7pm and both are not charged. I've checked the USB cable and the remotes/battery packs; the little blue light is on both. They're just not charging. You truly get what you paid for; these are half the cost of the official Microsoft battery packs/charge cables and now I see why. I'm very sad about this. But hey, don't listen to me. Just click to see all reviews with the newest first and look at all the 1 star reviews to come out in the last couple of months. Also I rarely ever give negative reviews--and I'm pretty sure this is my first negative review on Amazon in all these years--but this is just ridonkulous. I'm so disappointed. How am I supposed to protect the virtual world with my mad l33t sniperz skillz if I can't do so from the comfort of my couch?

Ortz® Xbox One Battery Pack - Rechargeable 2400
I bought this Rechargeable battery because I thought it would fit my new ULTRA Xbox One. It DID NOT fit the new controller for the ULTRA at first.....Then I read a comment on here about making a slight modification to this battery to make it fit. This battery will fit the new ULTRA controller by just cutting off the two outside tabs that lock it in the controller. You still have the middle tab to lock it in. Currently, since this controller is new, there is nothing available to fit it unless you bUy the charging stand (which is out of stock till spring) which comes with one (1) 1400MA battery. This ORTZ battery is 2400MA. Almost twice the use life of the 1400MA and both produce the same 5w needed to operate the controller.

Works fine, but difficult to recommend. Battery life nowhere near advertised.
Pros: It works, it fits the controller well and is easy enough to remove and reinstall for charging.Cons: You're not getting 20+ hours of battery life out of it on a charge. You're going to be lucky to get half of that with normal use, which is still better than I get from my PS4 controllers... but it's a lot less than what the battery is advertising. There's nothing wrong with it, it works just fine and recharges after a day of playing with it, but I can't help but think the money would be better spent on a first party package instead since I have my doubts that this will last very long considering that it comes nowhere near the advertised battery life in the first place.

Would've been a 5 star if...
Think it looks great & seems to work well, however it arrived with the two "teeth" that lock into the top of the controller busted off. This creates a pretty large gap at the top of the controller where the battery pack almost hangs off, & eventually it ends up being too loose & shuts off. I included photos where you can see the teeth busted off (the white marks on the top left/right) & of the big gap so you can see it doesn't lock in or even stay flush. If these were not broken off, this would be a 5 star item, with the price, it's also not really worth my while to package it up & return it, likely wasn't broken in shipping because the packaging was totally undamaged. :/ kind of sucks but oh well!!

Good Battery Pack with Short Lifetime and Odd Blue Light
These batteries are well made and easier to charge than some of the other brands that require a dock to charge. The USB cord is flimsy but can be easily replaced with any other micro USB cord from a cell phone. The downside to this battery pack is the long-term lifetime. They are used (by another family member) for extended hours at a time and after 6 months of use, 1 battery pack (out of 2 that were ordered) no longer holds a charge and the second one only lasts around 5 hours (from around the 10-12 it used to run for). The other thing that seems odd is a blue light that is noticeable from the USB port. After it was disconnected from fully charging (which there is no indication when it is done, no light going off or green/red indicators so we just keep it plugged in until it's needed) the blue light never turns off. Even when in the Xbox One controller, the blue light is still on and just drains the battery while not in use.It is a good pack, but not perfect.

DO NOT BUY. Buyer beware. This stopped working very quickly. Ortz says this is part of the Amazon FBA program and I must go through Amazon on the warranty claim. Amazon says this is a direct sale by Ortz and Ortz is responsible. Lots of finger pointing, but in the end, I have a product that does not hold a charge. (And this after I spend literally thousands of $$ at amazon each year). This is the claim...find someone who will live up to it! tz® Xbox One Battery Pack - Rechargeable 2400 mAh for Wireless Controller - Play Kit with Micro USB Charging Cable - Charges Under 4 Hours - Battery Life 25 Hours of GamePlay - Best Accessory for Charging Station - 1 YEAR WARRANTY.

Seems to be a pretty good battey.
It seems to hold a pretty good charge but for me it seems to charge slow but I used an adapter to plug it directly into a wall socket so it might charge faster if it's plugged directly to the console but the USB's are hard to get to on mine. I later bought a different batteries and charger because I like charging the batteries outside of the controller and just switching them out as I need them but this seems to be a good back up and might even hold a better charge then other ones I got; I'll probably compare them sometime.
