Excellent Product
So far an excellent product, very practical and easy to use. It should be noted that it is not professional and must be learned with practice.

Love this coffee roaster!!!!!
Have been roasting my own green coffee beans for years, predominately with popcorn poppers. They did a good job until they burned up, but it wasn’t cost-effective and required constant attention. This affordable device requires very little oversight, cleans up easily, and not only roasts coffee perfectly, but also works great for roasting nuts and seeds! I had to find my own formula. I add 3 cups of green coffee beans, turn it all the way up, and set a timer for 20 minutes. If not dark and glossy at that point, I check on it every two or three minutes until I see a dark, glossy brown on the beans. If the beans are in the middle of a crack, and there is a great deal of smoke, but I believe they have roasted sufficiently, I take off the lid, turn the temperature all the way down, and let the smoke blow away as it continues to stir them, without cooking the beans a great deal longer. The smoke vents nicely as it roasts, but I blow the smoke away with a fan (on front porch, not appropriate for inside use). If you do multiple batches, it is probably a good idea to clean the glass lid in-between.

Great roaster, but wish instructions more clear
Instructions are not great. A little trial & error, though, and I'm getting consistent roasts 1 lb at a time (City +) 33 minutes at 220 C. Smokes like crazy though, which I accommodate by roasting next to a window. I'm able to batch roast without difficulty. I'm 4 star ONLY because of the instructions.

Coffee Roaster
I have only used it once so far and as I use it more I will update. The roaster is very well made and the quantity I can roast at one time is very good.

Damaged, poor operation, incomplete documentation and no warranty.
Polymer ring between roasting pan and glass lid was received in broken condition; rotating (steel) blade is not securely affixed to the motorized spindle and scrapes along coated roasting pan surface on each rotation. Documentation included provides little in the way of English translation, no diagram illustrating all parts and pieces, and no warranty information. While the unit arrived in original packaging, the obvious damage and poor mechanical operation suggest it’s a returned item or an open box item sold as new. It does roast coffee beans fairly evenly, but must be used outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Husks must be removed manually, one way or another, after roasting completion.

Great roaster easy to use
Yes, this item has pitiful instructions, but plenty of reviewers have done the legwork for you. Turn it on to 180 for 30 seconds, pour in the green beans then turn up to 220 to 240 and roast for 23 to 28 minutes for med to dark roast. This is dependant on how much beans you are roasting and how dark a roast you want..

It's okay but not as hot as expected
Has difficulty getting to temperature. It'll get the job done but with the temp knob turned to max temp I've only been able to get 1 lb of coffee up to around 320 degrees Fahrenheit which is a lil low compared to what it is supposed to roast at
