Not all screws are ferromagnetic. Just because they look metal doesn’t mean they’re of a material that can be magnetized. Got those that are, this pad is awesome. For those that aren’t, well, it’s still a nice place you can label and organize on a flat surface. It’s a great addition to my workbench.

I am a very picky shopper. Very skeptical and was nervous reading the reviews. I usually go through the nits and grits of things and one thing is certain, I will never buy something that I don't research heavily into (especially if it's related to technology). With that being said, THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST PURCHASES I HAVE EVER MADE. If you plan on replacing a ram, a phone glass, etc. yourself, I recommend this product that worked WONDERS for me (The cool thing is these tools can be used for other items like cell phones, tablets, computers, etc.). Not only can you not worry about screws falling, the marker is amazing when drawing or labeling. Must buy and for the price, it's a steal!

Mat is cool, not that strong but it does work and gets the job done!

I had been looking for a pad like this to help as I work on computers, mobile phones and other electronics. It helps to keep track of screws and other parts and keeps them in the right order.

When working on any kind of electronics there's always parts and pieces durning disassembly and of coarse screws,washers,nuts etc. - This mat is a lifesaver - You can make notes, keep track of the order of disassembly/reassembly and not end up with "extra" parts/screws upon completion. The magnetism is kinda light but strong enough to keep things from rolling away. I only wish this was around 20 years ago it would have helped with so much!!

This mat has the "least amount of magnetic strength to make it useful." It does not do well with tiny screws, such as those from phones or laptops. Moving the mat will dislodge those very small screws. It does OK with larger hardware.

When it comes to repairs have a plan to keep all your parts organized. At this product does just that and at a great price
