Had a need for a 6' cord to connect to my smoker and the outside outlet. After reviewing others' comments, I decided to give his coard a try. First, I had to decide: 1 - 6' cord for $14 something .... or get TWO for $17 something. That was a no-brainer. I purchased two. The second one, I'll keep in the garage and use for those moments you need a short cord in a pinch!The cord arrived and initially I thought I had been shorted one. Turns out, BOTH cords was in one pack. My wife took the one and hooked it up to the smoker and the outlet, then used a plug cover to ensure that we make the plugs "water resistant." These are two outdoor cords that are just six foot long. They are not as thick as your standard outdoor extension cords, but are thicker than your standard house hold cord. The metal prongs seem to be secured well into the plug with no issues. The female end is not as well made. The male end of the plug goes in and is not tight. I have this going up a wall post and I had to staple the cord to the wall to make sure the electrical plug would stay in this extension cord. Only one of the two extension cords exhibited this problem. The second cord was properly made and I have not had any issues.

Got these so I could plug in  48 FT Weatherproof Outdoor String Lights - 15 Hanging Sockets - Perfect Patio Lights - Commercial Grade - 16 11 Watt S14 Dimmable Incandescent Bulbs Included  because my outlet was 9 foot away from where the lights ended. This deal for a 2 pack was cheaper than the one outdoor 10 foot one I was looking at the time, hence 2 is better than one. It reaches perfectly and works as expected!

I use these short extension cords typically for the AC adapters aka. wall warts that hog the power strips thoughout my house. I find these very handy that I no longer have to take up 2-3 outlets trying to fit in the countless adapters. I ordered my first 10 pack of these a few months ago figuring I would not use up the box. I am now on my second box … finding more uses … a short cord on the plug strip itself now extended so the strip sits nicely on the floor now, a couple of slightly inaccessible outlets now handier to reach, etc.

We've all dealt with this problem. If you're trying to plug in more than one DC adapter block into two adjacent outlet slots, you simply can't because those blocks take up too much room. See that six slot multiplier in my picture? Well, without this simple yet incredibly useful product, only 3 out of those 6 slots would've been utilized. The other half would've been wasted. I would highly recommend this. You get as many as 10 for a very reasonable price.

It is sturdy enough to be used for the bug zapper that it is going to be used on at my house. I just got it, so I do not know how it will hold up to weather, etc. But appears to be as the description said and it is a good buy for me. I looked locally at Lowe's, Home Depot and Walmart and none of them had outdoor rated cords that were short enough. They had very long outdoor cords but not a short outdoor cord. The length that I ordered was 6 ft and there were 2 six feet cords in the package.

Exactly what I was looking for. Have them outside running my Christmas lights. Been through snow and some heavy rain with no issues so far.

This is a good product to help clean up your overburdened outlets. Sometimes computers and their accessories have large bulky AC adapters that are hard to all fit into a single outlet (or outlet with an extender cover). These short cords allow you plug them all in with no issues. I've seen some reviews that said the plugs may be a bit loose. Mine were all tight, no issues about things coming unplugged for me.

These small extensions are perfect when you need one or two feet more to reach the plug. The price for six is reasonnable. The quality is good.
