Worst Product with Pathetic Response
The sofa with defects was delivered in July 2019. I immediately contacted both amazon and Urban Ladder as per their return policy, but, nobody has entertained me till date. I have contacted them so many times, but they are not bothered to fix the issues. I suggest not buying this piece of crap not even at about half or less price, because this is designed only for decoration purpose not for sitting and sleeping. I have used only twice as a bed whenever I used it, I have suffered from severe backache. My physiotherapist advised me not to use this sofa.

Comfortable, Functional and Stylish (Update: Horrible after sales service by Urban Ladder)
Update: I have changed the rating from 4 to 2 stars because Urban Ladder flat out refused to service this product. The centre spring broke 1.5 years after purchase. I was told that since it was not a direct purchase but through Amazon's Cloudtail.Review:I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this sofa is for long periods of watching TV or chilling on my laptop. It is even better to pass out on. I found myself sleeping on this sofa more often than on my mattress. It's got a nice contour to it that kinda is something your build and height might be conditioned for.Overall, I do like the product very much. I picked it up on sale for about 15,999. So that was a great discount.

Elegant, comfortable, bought it for 13,500/- worth the money. Also, delivery & installation was satisfactory.. have been using this sofa since 3 months now.

Basically a bed, sofa stops working soon
The locking system stopped working on one side pretty early (Just after 1 year) so now when you sit on the left side in sofa position the backrest just collapses backwards when you sit on it. No mention of servicing by the seller. This works as a sofa for about a year, after which, just assume you're buying a bed ;-)

Within a year, one leg of the sofa is already coming off
After use of less than a year where the sofa was being used barely once in a month for guests.. already one leg has bent and coming off.Trying to connect to customer service but can’t seem toOriginal views: It’s a good product with decent value for money. Have guests at home so converted this into a bed. Quite comfortable and strong. But it’s only been a week.. will update in 6 months
