I recommend a size higher because if you’re thinking a lesser size than what it already says for your measurements would be the best? It’s most likely too good to be true, so size up one above than what you’re thinking imo!

I'm 5'5", 150lbs and wear a 38B bra. I initially bought size XL based on the size chart, but it was a bit too snug on me. I wore it from morning to night and didn't have much difficulty moving or breathing, though it was a bit constricting. I then bought the XXL and it was much more comfortable while still providing the same level of chest flatness as the XL. It fits like a tank top and doesn't ride up into my armpits. Even though I'm only a B-cup, I was impressed by how much it flattened my chest while still being breathable and flexible.My only gripe is the lack of color choices. I would've preferred solid color options like white, black, and nude to match any top.Overall, I'd recommend it! Disclosure: I only use this binder for cosplay, so I'm not sure how comfortable it would be to wear it regularly.

Had to get another

It is not true to size. My sister ordered the 40-42 (xxl) as I measured her chest, post-surgery, to be just over 41 inches. It is far too tight. She's going to keep it in hopes that it fits once the swelling is all gone but if she still had a chest, not a chance! The image is the product compared to another product that is more true to size and is a 40-42 as well. That one does fit correctly for the time being. Once the swelling is down it may not compress as much. Will try again at that point. And when measuring, measure bust size. Don't go by what your bra says you are. 36DD? Don't get 36... That's my suggestion. *Edit Update - It does fit them quite well now. It does roll up a bit at the bottom when she sits but that's to be expected with any kind of product like this. Even on the last notch it fits more like a 38/40, but looks good! She has also lost some more weight so that helps with the fit a bit around the lower ribs.

This is my first chest binder and I have to say; I love it! It's super comfy and looks great: I went with the green since it's my favorite color.I'm a 40 dd and this pushed in perfectly without causing discomfort. I had reduction surgery years ago and they grew back. I was gutted and irritated since then. The compression is exactly what I was hoping for.I do believe I'll buy more in the future :)

I bought this product to help bind after a double mastectomy. I have a 33” chest, post-op. I found both the Small and Medium sizes to be too small/tight, despite the provided size chart.After measuring both against one another, I found that the Medium is barely any larger than the small. I am returning both and will not be trying again.The materials felt nice, and the product seemed well-made. I don’t want to keep having to make returns, though, especially not for something I’ll only wear for three more weeks.I guess I’ll just have to stick with medical bandage wraps!

Purchased as a binder for post-mastectomy surgery, based my size choice off another reviewer with a 36" chest post-surgery. I purchased the large. While it does sort of fit on the largest snap row, the bottom of the garmet lies right ontop of my incision line. If it were 2-3 inches longer it would have been perfect in the XL size. Unfortuantely I'll be returning it as I can't wear it comfortably for the purchase it was bought for.

It's a nice product however it doesn't like to stay in the right place it rides down and up constantly

Usually wear a 1x. Ordered a 4x per size chart measurements. Still too small and it doesnt come in a 5x. It is however well made.

Delivery was as promised, but it said not to buy a size down. I wish I had as I am already on the tightest setting and as I lose weight, I will no longer suit my needs. That said, it is comfortable, I can’t yet comment on durability.

It is very comfortable to use and it presses enough to feel calm when seeing the result in the mirror. The color is to my liking. In short I really liked this product.

its easy to clip on and he loves it, hes not out to his mother but i wanted to be the first one to get him his first binder since i have one of my own (im she/they). he was almost in tears when i rushed it it him and he said it was nice fitting (size large when he always wore size medium) so be sure to get a size up! I told him dont bind more then eight hours and to be careful when washing it, aside from that, really happy!

This item is well made but definitely not true to size. I wear a gc2b 3X and have been losing weight so it no longer fits trying to save some money but purchasing on amazon and I am completely disappointed. Definitely was not a 2x as it was super short in length and didn’t even cover my whole bust I was popping out everywhere. This binder is not worth the money or the cost to return.
