works good. sound quality is bit lower thab sony mw 600. difficilt to see if its on or off since indicator does not light up or labeled.

These gadget is simple Awesome.Always had problems with the plug of earbuds, it's the first part that by the pressure from the pockets or bending of the cable, that broke or malfunction. And usually when you find something that keeps the plug of the earbuds away from the phone or pockets, they usually suck. This Sony SBH20 resulted the perfect solution. You can plug in the device whichever earbuds you prefer an keep it clipped to any edge you want so the plug is protected. The sound of the earbuds that come with the device is kind of weak, no bass, but if you use earbuds that have been proven of high quality sound, then you will have high quality sound.Once that you pair up the device with or without NFC, there are no skips, or glitches or anything negative. You can answer calls from it, play/pause, next and previous, and control the volume. It has a mic built in, so you can leave the phone in your pocket and still handle the calls. I cannot enfatize enough how much I'm happy with this device.Oh, also, the battery...it last a full day of continuous play. Actually, like a day and a half of heavy use. Like 4 days of light use, and I think that's amazing. And, it fully recharges in about half an hour. This is my new favorite gadget.

I brought this item 2 months ago and it won't charge or turn on. Called Sony support 3 times and the first time they never even created a case. Today I was on the phone with them for an hour to be switched to 3 different departments to be told that I have to wait for a Supervisor to create my order. Not buying any more Sony products. Horrible company.On top of that to get the product repaired we have to pay for shipping. WOW. I have a Nokia Lumia 1020, and the NFC connectivity was flawless with the Sony SBH20. When the device worked, it worked very well. Sound was clear and the instrumentation on the Sony device allowed for easy management of your mobile device. However, I think the quality of the device is poor. It is a flimsy plastic product. I would charge this every day after returning from the gym, and I never dropped it; yet after only 2 months of usage, it simply stopped working. The device basically, died. So just beware - great device, but flimsy construction.

The cord still bothers me, but for the price this will do the trick. I will probably replace it with a Bluetooth one eventually.

I am no audiophile...so don't expect me to judge the quality of sound delivered via the headphones.What I wanted was just the wireless experience, and painless pairing that NFC allows. All these expectation were delivered as promised.There were some small flaws which is why I gave 4 stars.1. the cover where you plug in the cable for charge is very loose. You can shake it, and it will be come out.2. the max volume is actually limited by the device you paired it with. If the device is set to low volume, you can't make it high vol with just adjust the volume rocker on the headphones. I'd kind of hoped that the rock adjusts the volume of the device...still, not a big issue.

The earbuds are comfortable for me and sound fine for something in this price range. But I actually bought this unit more for the bluetooth receiver to use with some other headphones. It works well and is much better designed than a few others I have used. The controls are clearly marked and decently easy to use for being small, though the cover on the USB port is a little tricky to hold open while plugging in a cable. The rotating clip is handy. I've had no problems pairing and connecting this with various devices, which has not been true of some others. Battery life seems good.

Works well with my iPhone 6. Was bulkier than I thought, would like to see the earphone wire a little longer. Other than that works great.
