I have been using the LEMBERI Gaming Chair for the past two months and I cannot emphasize enough how much my back has improved since owning this chair. Black & Gray color. We put this chair together by watching different videos online. Ease of installation 6 out of 10. I've had it for a while now and its still working as it should. The leg rests are also good; you just pull them out. The back reclines and I can adjust the chair height. It has 2 pillows; neck & lumbar support which works but I don't use the latter. I'm petite so the neck pillow is kinda high and the chair itself feels big on me but that's ok. It is stable, I do not have a chair plastic mat underneath so it does not move around too much.

Pros: Extremely easy to put together, adjusting the height & angle work perfectly, remains sturdy while leaning back, moves nicely.Cons: Footrest is pretty much useless & it's unfortunate because it's one of the reasons I made my purchase (Note: I'm 156lbs, 5'2), for myself the lower back massager I removed as it's very uncomfortable & doesn't really massage just makes noise & vibrates (however this might work better for someone who's heavier as they've more weight to press against it & the chair was designed for heavier people), cushion is very stiff/hard although I did just purchase it & this might change after some time of breaking it in, but in the meantime I will suggest buying a seat cushion for desk chairs.Despite the cons I would still recommend this chair probably to someone who's around its weight capacity though as I think that would make a difference to how well it's features work (aside from the footrest, I think one would have to be under 100lbs in order for it not to lean down when legs rest on it. Another brace, longer rods & a longer footrest pad might be better...or for a different type of design I would suggest maybe one that folds out rather than slides in & out... folding with a heavier material would not only add support but would be easier than having to spread ones legs to slide out & pop the pad over... I would think a larger person would struggle more so than myself even. Rework yalls footrest.

Easy to put together and felt good to sit in. the only negative was the arms are easy to strip the screw on it.

This is a 2 year ownership of this chair and not just 1 but of them. Full disclosure both people are roughly 300lbs which this chair is supposed to easily support.The first year of ownership this chair was kinda ok. 1 of the 2 the lock for the back broke so it can not be locked in place at all. Now 2 years later the seat feels like it is going to dump you out. Both chairs. no visible breakage or anything but over time the front of the seat has angled downward.I am horribly hard on chairs, and usually break them within a few years. Here is the thing. most of those chairs are at least still comfortable until they break. This thing hurts to set in. I work from home as an IT person and at times i dont leave my chair all day long and sometimes well into the night, and I am now looking for a new chair.

Chair has been great, but after about a year and a half one of the wheels broke. I reached out to the seller (Lemberi) to see size of stem for wheels so I could buy replacements and they sent me replacement wheels - all 5 wheels! Excellent customer service, went way beyond what I could hope for on a chair I had purchased so long ago. And the wheels arrived quickly. Highly recommend this chair AND this seller!
