Will not stay in place
The pad feels nice but will not stay in the hardhat. There is a velcro patch on it but no tape was supplied to place in the hardhat for it to adhere to. I have lost 2 so far due to this issue.

In cold climates this is wonderful.
This replaceable and washable pad works fine on all hard hats with a small piece of velcro to complement the one on top. Very comfortable to wear, although a bit warm in the summer.
