Good quality 3 phase box.Capacity for like 4 total breakers, which is plenty for my little shop. Ground bar seems fine. Fit and finish is good.

What's important to me is that it works.
When I was originally selecting a panel, a suggestion showed a used one (of the same size and rating) for 1/3 of the price. So I ordered it. Upon arrival I was quite surprised to discover it was not used at all but was completely, 100%, brand new.

When I found this panel for sale, I couldn't believe the price because it was so much less than similar panels sold elsewhere.
