You get what you pay for!!! genuine mild steel jubilee clips never fail to work first time. bought them to secure pool hoses to pumps (bestway and intex plastic clamps stretch with time). very happy with this purchase.

They are good quality

Jubilee clips have become the namesake for a fairly good reason. They're of a steady quality and in terms of for instance if you were fitting jubilee clips for parts on a boat, where you REALLY don't want things to fall short, I would consider paying extra for the name brand. However, I don't know that there's really much point in paying so much for a name brand, even here. The value in name brands of course is that there's an assurance of a certain amount of quality, guaranteed by trading standards - e.g., you know that the clip will handle a certain amount of tensile strength because the seller would be otherwise liable. For that reason though, if you ARE buying jubilee clips for a critical purpose, I'd honestly recommend buying somethin in a store so you can be sure it's genuine + can stand up to what you're putting it through. that said these did good. i'd just buy em in a store though.
