Have several these insole pairs now. Good quality, full length, and support where its needed adequately

A very good quality product, comfortable underfoot and elevated the heel slightly as intended. However, the insole was just slightly too small in length. I bought the 1.7cm, 7-10.5 size. I'm a size 10 (UK) and there was an obvious gap, and certainly no cutting required. I'd hazard a guess that this insole was maximum size 9. It's a good product, so I would recommend it despite my having to return it for being too small, so just be wary of size and order larger than you need.

Had foot problem for about 9 months. and struggling to walk at times ,after wearing these every day with training shoes the pain has disappeared. it took about 6 weeks be patient .l wear them all the time and what a difference not uncomfortable and adds that extra support, try they may help you too.

I suffer with servere knee pain where the bones grind against each other and slowly they wear away. My hospital specialist reccomended buying some insoles starting from £35. Hesitent to spend so much, I purchased these and thought if they didn't work it's not like i've missed out on load of money. OMG! I simply had to trim them down (following the indicators) and they slipped right in. The first couple of days my feet ached a little, as expected. But now, after having them for just over a month, my knee pain is considerablly less and even my mum has noticed my knee's don't bend in as much as they used too. Would HIGHLY reccomend!

Would have been better if the whole shape was solid and not just the heel end. I suppose then it couldn’t be cut to size . They do give some support

Well made easy to fit and comfortable

I cannot comment personally as I have ordered these for my Dad but he has said they offer good support and are comfortable. The fact that he has asked me to order several pairs over the last year so that he can put them in all his shoes speaks volumes.

Je les ai pris pour mon mari car il a les pieds plats et en comparaison avec des semelles que l’on fait faire sur mesure, je trouve qu’elle sont très bien, et niveau prix rien à dire! Après un petit temps d’adaptation mon mari ne les enlève plus de ses chaussures!

j'avais hésité entre le 3.6 et le 2.3 et finalement j'ai opté pour le dernier qui me convient parfaitement. le 3.6 aurait été trop grand sauf si on porte des converses ou des bottes ce qui n'est pas mon cas. au niveau du confort je suis agréablement surpris, en effet j'utilisais toujours des semelles plates et ca me faisait mal au lombaires tandis qu avec ces semelles je ne ressens pas cette douleur.

Insgesamt sehr komfortabel, die Erhöhung des Hackens hätte allerdings um einiges härter sein können. Die Stabilität beim gehen ist dadurch etwas schwammig, aber insgesamt kann man damit gut gehen, somal die Knie sowie der Rücken deutlich entlastet werden. Zur der härte würde ich sagen, wenn 10 das härteste ist was möglich ist und 1 extrem weich, dann befinden dieses sich bei 4-5, ich persönlich finde man sollte mit einer Skala den Härtegrad für den Kunden ersichtlich machen. Damit man auch genau die passende Sohle zum jeweiligen Gewicht und jeweiliger persönlicher Beliebtheit findet. Ich würde die Härte 7-9 jenach Schuhart bevorziehen. Ich werde diese nun aber behalten, weil es sich damit auf jeden Fall besser gehen lässt, als auf diese Einlegesohlen zu verzichten.

Ho aspettato un po' a recensire proprio per provare le solette per un periodo. Ebbene: sono ottime. Lavoro molte ore in piedi e di corsa (in una corsia ospedaliera), le ho inserite nelle mie ciabatte sanitarie e mi trovo molto bene, i piedi sono decisamente meno doloranti e coccolati. Le consiglio.
