Crème Permanente 30 volume Hair Developer, 16 oz. - Packaging May Vary

I've used a couple different developers for my hair, and this one is one of the better ones I've found. A big part of the hair bleaching process depends on the bleach you use, but just as much a part of that process is the developer, so it's important you have a good product for both parts. This developer didn't strip my hair or leave it feeling that dry, delicate post bleach feel. I really liked it, and especially for the price. I'd recommend it to anyone who's doing their hair at home.

I’ve never used developer before on my hair, and this 30 volume one didn’t exactly life the color off my dark black hair enough (I think my hair is just too black and I will have to try again) but it did create a brown hue to my hair when you put it under a flashlight. It partially gave me the lightening I was going for without being overly harsh to my hair, especially when paired with the dye I used. I always make sure to deep condition afterward, and my hair felt fine. Plus the consistency was smooth and easy to mix, and the bottle was sealed well when it arrived, which I appreciate. I’d recommend it for anyone trying to get a little color lift. Just make sure you are cautious with how much you use always measure an equal amount to your dye!! :)

Great creamy toner for blue bleach does a great job a lifting the colour. I’m a natural brunette and had several different box size in my hair, including a black purple and this mixture was able to take me to a platinum blonde.

I have never used 30 vol before and wanted to do some of my regrowth (not including roots). My hair is a quite vibrant blue and my natural hair is medium brown. This stuff lifted my hair nicely with no damage. Left on for 30 minutes with a non foil bleach. It's really thick though, despite using the 1:2 ratio or bleach vs developer. Would but again. My hair is still soft! I don't need to tone as I mix purple with indigo and it helps neutralize any brassy/yellow tones, while providing a great color payoff!

I use this with red hair dye to dye my naturally dark brown hair. It works great, a little to great even. Dose the job well and would recommend for those with darker, thicker hair.

Formula is actually conditioning and my hair faired well, since bleach and dye my hair alot. Way too much. Any other Hair dresser or barber would lecture me. I was expecting to have to chop away damage and I didn't have to. Definitely a good buy. I used this with Clairol BW2 and achieved 5 levels of lift. On healthier hair I imagine the results would be even better.
