I'VE NEVER SEEN A MORE BEAUTIFUL DECK! Give it a try!
I'll preface by saying I'm no expert in spirituality. I've only recently started diving into the many layers, the many forms, the many expressions and tarot cards was the first part I discovered. There's so much to say about decks, whether they should have traditional art, or whether the art should be expressive etc etc. Having been so confused at the time about what should be the determining factor of what makes a deck, I came across a simple video with the key words "trust your intuition". And boy was that the MOST ACCURATE thing I've heard. I first came across the deck in a deck collection video and I remember feeling so drawn to how vivid and detailed the art was that I thought to myself, this is it, this is the first deck I want. And I bought it pretty much the same day. So here's my takeaways having worked with this deck for quite some time now. Firstly, THE ART. It is so beautifully done. Even without having a detailed intuition, one can easily interpret the meanings of each card. I love the representations of different races that is prevalent throughout the deck as it really gives this meaning that the deck is for everyone and everyone can read tarot. The art ties deeply into both the surface meanings, and their hidden implications. For example: many know the 3 of Swords to be a betrayal card but the art beautifully draws in the fact that it could represent a time to recover and heal. Each card seems to always take deeper meanings into play and that includes all the minor arcana as well, not just the majors. On the topic of the deeper meaning, ITS PERSONALITY. One of the things I've discovered about reading is that decks have more energy than we give them credit for and this leads to them having their own personality. And this deck LOVES deeper meanings. You'll find that your readings will draw deep into the unknown, the suppressed or the hidden to give you the reading that you might not have asked for, but unknowingly needed. It's the kind of deck that gives you a ray of light in a dark situation or a new perspective or guiding you to remember what it is you've put away and neglected. This might be a negative thing for those who want lighter, heartier readings and don't always want a reading that's too deep but for someone with lots to unpack like myself this is a large pro in my book. The Cardstock. It's not exactly the greatest, but pricing considered it's arguably worth it. The stock bends nicely but I've personally decided not to riffle shuffle as it tends to leave some nicks on the edges of the cards and it could be my own OCD habits but they tend to rattle me a bit but should you love to riffle shuffle you won't find it to be troublesome. Lastly, THE GUIDEBOOK. As someone who bought this deck as a beginner, the guidebook was a necessity. Not a basic guidebook. Not a pamphlet. But a detailed guidebook that would take me through the entirety of the card from its surface meanings straight down to all its hidden implications and the guidebook does WONDERS in achieving that. It leaves little surface meanings for both the upright and reversal meanings of the card followed by a detailed message on the entirety of what the card represents. I find that reading the surface meanings will help trigger my own intuition nicely, however for cards that elude me, the following paragraph(s) clears everything up for me quite nicely. All in all, I must give this deck 5 stars. It's been a favored deck by many, some of whom have been in the business for years. That speaks highly of it already. While not many will feel that connection to the deck, for those who do and those whom are interested, I can guarantee that you will not regret adding this deck to your collection. Wonderful job, Chris-Anne!

Highly recommend this set!!!
If you saw my desk right now, he would wonder why I bought another set of tarot cards. I have sets for the more experience readers, and I have ones that are meant for newer readers like myself. This particular set is for all readers. It uses cups, swords, pentacles, and wands; easy to read. Nice book (havent read). Very nice box. The artwork is very much like Coraline (the movie). The design on them is cool. I have 5 favorite sets (easy to read). This is one of them. There are others i advocate for, but these are just as great. Highly recommend!!!

This everday workhorse is beautiful and super accurate.
This deck is packed with life and is really well suited for surface-level topics like career, love, intuition and psychic experiences, etc. (I usually clarify with RWS when it's called for and for the deep psychological and truly spiritual things, I find the Jodorowsky-Camoin Tarot de Marseille indispensable!) But this deck is a workhorse as most of your inquiries (or your client's) will be dealt with almost solely with Chris-Anne's lovely reinterpretation of the English School tarot. The card stock is good for riffle shuffling if your hands are large enough (it's a thick deck), and it has a matte finish so it doesn't slide easily in the beginning, until you break them in a bit. The most important thing with any tarot deck though, is it's accuracy, and this thing is right on the money every single time. This tells me the symbolism and imagery is both intuitive and well thought out. Worth the cost even at full price. If you like the artwork, just buy it and enjoy!!!

For the seer seeking light!
Beautiful cards. The guidebook is very helpful. This is a great tarot deck for someone who is looking for the light in their own life and the lives of others. It seems to know the right things to say at the right times. The illustrations are beautifully done, and the explanations are well thought out. I am glad this was my first deck, it is modern and relevant. The only thing I would like to see is more examples of layouts in the guidebook, especially as the artist uses forced reversals, which don’t seem to be common in other resources I have used, and I think the forced reversals are insightful. Five stars, well done! Update: I am still working with this deck, through hard times it has been spot on with its guidance and insight. It has been honest yet caring in its delivery of the message. There have been times I was advised to rest and recover from burnout and overwork, times I was prompted to review what is important, and times I was directed to open my eyes at the wonder of possibilities that come with so many big life changes including death and the simultaneous ending of my job position. It is likely that this will remain my only deck, as it meets all of my needs. I am glad I found this as my first deck. I like that I am able to draw cards in the morning, and if they are still on my mind at work or away, I can go to the website and read more in detail about the cards and reflect on them further.

Your "soul cards" always know best!
There's a TL;DR and a pros/cons list at the bottom! My grandmother always told me that each witch in our family who used tarot had at least one "soul card". My mother always furthered the point by clarifying that some would have a few "soul cards", others a handful, and special witches, like me, just had one or two. I liked her saying I was special, it made divination more... *magical*! (lol) I remember my mother catching me staring at my two cards one night. Mesmerized, I sat totally still and silent as I stroked their creased images, memorizing the images. She'd cleansed her space and left her childhood deck out to bathe in the moonlight. It was a traditional Rider Waite deck, all beat up and worn from always being shuffled in a riffle-style with an ending bridge to prevent curling; Horrifically marred, but used with such immense love. And there I was, 8 years old under the waning crescent moon, mucking up her careful cleansing ritual by disturbing the deck on the windowsill. I'd cut the deck twice and found two cards that called to me. Though I couldn't yet recognize the sensation, I could feel the threads of fate tightening around me, vibrating with energy, pulling my fingers to their proper places; The threads guided me to my "soul cards", they brought me to life-long consistent truths about myself that have never once led me astray. I try to keep their advice in mind in everything I do. My mother sat me down and explained things to me that night. She broke down the essential meanings of those two cards and what they might tell me about myself. She helped me remember their guidance again and again over the years until one day, *poof* she became a god-fearing Christian. My grandmother had died, and with her, she took all the knowledge that had only just started to be passed down to me; Our lineage, all of our family's history in the mystical and magical. Now, my mother gets angry when I ask for advice on the cards. "We can't interpret God's will," and all that. She's taken away my heritage, my ancestral inheritance. She's locked it up inside her head and has since done everything she can to keep me from remembering it, too. But, she couldn't take away my "soul cards". The Fool, and The Hanged Man. And that brings me back to this deck. I'd gotten a deck gifted to me about 4 years ago. It was nice to be connected again, but it was an oracle deck and, as such, left gaps in the disjointed stories I tried to decipher and connect with the threads of fate I felt around me. Though beautiful and accurate, it was just a bit too vague. And, without my "soul cards", it couldn't ever be enough. The threads just wouldn't bend enough around my astral touch as I plucked at them like an ethereal harp. But, that oracle deck at least let me know I still had the magic within and around me. That deck started a hunger, a feral longing that only grew over time. So, I began searching for my deck. I knew that if I just kept looking there would come a time that I wouldn't be able to stop myself. The deck would choose me in it's own time and I would have no choice but to answer its call. My "soul cards" would have to awaken my wonder and shake me back to my foundation. I went to every local mystic shop in my area, I googled, I even looked through e-bay. All in vain. I searched for years never quite feeling that irresistible pull from any deck I found. I slowly gave up after the first two years. And then, one day, I stopped looking altogether. Finally, one day about a month ago, just browsing Amazon, trying to find new headphones... I found the Light Seer's Tarot. I'd given up on finding a deck, but something was prodding at me to look closer at the preview image on the "recommended items" bar that was going across my screen. I couldn't understand this urge; The deck was some shade of blue, I'm a purple, white and black kind of gal. There was no reason for me to notice it because typically my eyes naturally skip right on over anything in the blue shade range. It's just not my thing. So, I dismissed the idea of clicking. I assumed it would just be one more false lead to my long-sought deck. But then, the next day, there it was again! Now it was a bigger image on my Amazon home-page and I could see what I'd missed before, what was calling to me: The Fool. It was right there in its main preview image! I knew I had to see it clearer! I clicked and began to delve into the other preview images searching for my Fool. It wasn't there! I moved onto the reviews bouncing in my seat with the hope that I just might see my Fool; I dared not even think of The Hanged Man, I couldn't ask for my luck to be that good. But then which card do I see first? None other than The Hanged Man! And when I found The Fool... Let's just say, I still don't remember adding this deck to my cart nor going through the checkout process. I just remember the sound of my gasp when I saw I'd purchased something when I couldn't even afford to replace my only pair of shoes which at the time had multiple holes and tears in them! But, I couldn't bring myself to cancel the order. I just stared at the confirmation on my screen until my alarm went off telling me to get outside for my son's school bus drop-off. Two days later when they arrived, I found my hands shaking while I carefully cut open the packaging. I felt a physical shock of familiarity as soon as I touched the box they came in. And when the cards themselves were finally in my hands, the urge to shuffle was overwhelming. I was able to connect myself more securely to the threads of fate than I ever have before! The cards seem to know my every question even before I ask! The connection I felt to my magic and my ancestors was such a welcome sense of relief and comfort. These cards felt like home and that was enough for me to never regret my purchase. However, I've found so many other unexpected perks! For instance, since buying these I've even been able to do PAID tarot readings!! This was never something I even dreamed I could do, yet, here I am able to do it! I've even made enough money now to replace my old beat to death sneakers! TL;DR: I couldn't be happier with my purchase of this deck! Also, if you find the deck that speaks to you, you'll know! And when you find it, don't let it pass you by! You never know how much it just might change your life!! Pros: -Stunningly beautiful artwork -Sturdy box -Accurate and creative guidebook included -Updated card descriptions to better fit modern life without losing the original meanings -A modern take on the Rider Waite classic in both style and substance -Cardstock isn't so glossy that you can't see the artwork when working around brighter light sources (less glare) -Slightly larger sized cards (which for me is good because I have huge hands that can easily palm a basketball) -Shipping was fast! They arrived a day early! Cons: (NOTE: All of these can be easily remedied with either an overhand, Hindu, pile, or corgi shuffling style!) -The cardstock is non-glossy and feels a bit "dry" which can sometimes lead to a bad shuffle (traditional riffle style) -Some might find the size to be a bit longer, therefore harder to shuffle (traditional riffle style) -Some might find that the halves of a split deck are too thick to properly shuffle (traditional riffle style)

Wow! My New favorite Tarot Deck!!!
I got interested in Tarot probably in my late teens (I'm now early 40s), and never found quite the right deck. I never felt a connection with the symbolism and pictures. It always felt like I had to "learn" and "study" the meaning of the cards. Until this deck! I love it!!! I can see messages and meanings so clearly in this deck! If I had what the cards meant and had to create a picture to embody that archetype, I could only dream of doing half the amazing job Chris-Anne has done in creating this deck. She clearly has a deep understanding of the cards and meanings and uses characters and people I feel like I would love to meet. They seem to come to life! I especially love the recommendation to have a "conversation with the characters" and "imagine what advice or message they have for you." I am already pretty intuitive so I think this will be a great tool to use as my own daily practice of tuning in and getting messages as well as an easy tool to use for others seeking answers (I'm claircognizant, so when someone asks me something, I tend to just "know" the answer which sometimes freaks people out, or doesn't seem valid). This seems like an excellent way to have an intuitive conversation and use the symbolism to connect with even deeper messages. I love the modern and fresh feel. The cards themselves are lovely. Perfect size to carry around and shuffle easily and the colors and images are crisp and clear. The cardstock feels strong and able to hold up over time, but only time will tell. So far, I *love* this deck. If you aren't sure about buying this, I would highly recommend these amazing tarot cards. I'm so happy with my purchase! Thank you Chris-Anne for creating such a beautiful, amazing deck. I'm looking forward to using them often!
