Best writing pen I’ve had in a while., writes smoothly, no skipping, looks and feels great has some weight, made of aluminum. The level and small screwdriver under the stylus cap helped me out when installing a thermostat, and working on small kid toys. I like that they come in a variety of colors. Great price and refills are easy to replace. They come with 3 refills. I’m hooked! Plus they are great for gifts for clients, wait staff at restaurant. I was visiting a restaurant for breakfast and everyone seemed like they were not morning people. Barely spoke, didn’t check on you. I could have left and never came back. After handing out the gift pens to everyone including the manager, they remember me! They acknowledge me as soon as I walk in, they know my favorite food, we converse with a smile. Fun little gift for the men in the family Came with extra ink refills

The quality feels very good. It's got a solid, weighty feel to it. The length and gerth were larger than I expected, but it still fits in my pen pocket. The tool is bevel-cut, similar to a pencil, so that it won't roll away on a smooth surface. The ruler is engraved into the shaft, contrast painted, and set with the clip, so that when it's rested against the clip, the ruler is front and center easily readable, as well as the embedded level. The level is easily readable and filled with the typical bright yellow liquid, which makes it easier to see the bubble. However, the slot the bubble is in, doesn't go all the way through, so you don't get backlight help, in low light situations. The level is also very short (obviously) but it will work in a pinch. The phone holder works ok, but is only wide enough to hold a naked phone. If you have a phone case, it will not fit. Also, the phone holder causes the phone to be cock-eyed to one side or the other. This is fairly easily remedied by just placing a piece of cloth, or small object under the side that's down. The "Magic Pencil" works great, and the pen, recedes ingeniously underneath the stylus, via a tiny hole. The pen cartridges are extremely short, and will probably run out of ink quickly, if you use it often, or write long notes. This is probably the reason they include 3 replacements cartridges. The LED light is surprisingly bright for its size and operates in a "click-on/click-off" manner. I worry about how long the battery life will be, but a supplemental battery is included as well. The batteries are extremely small and unlike any other battery design I've ever seen before. My guess is that after you burn through your included backup battery, you won't be able to run down to the local convenience store or grocery store to replace it. The next "feature" is the only one I really have an issue with. The so-called "screwdriver" (Phillips and flat) are not that at all. They are the inverse. What I mean by that is that screwdrivers fit into a screw slot. What they are calling a screwdriver is a screw slot, meaning, it's not going to fit into a screw, because it resembles a screw slot. You won't be able to tighten or loosen any screws, if the driver is the same as the screw. I'm not sure what their engineers were thinking when they designed this feature, but it isn't a feature if it doesn't do what it's claimed to be able to do. Thst said, I still like this multi-tool, and I'm going to keep it, as all of the other features are useful to creative tinkerers.

These were a big hit as stocking stuffers for my husband and father-in-law. They both were amazed at how many things each one did. It was cute to see them sitting there taking them apart and showing one another something they discovered. I know these will get a lot of use in our home as I my husband always uses a level and a pen when hanging something on the wall. He'll likely still need a separate measuring tape, as these aren't very long, but I still think the ruler will come in handy for smaller things. Highly recommend if you're looking for a functional gift or have a gadget collector in your life.

Great to carry in small spaces

I have bought three of these now. I bought the first one for my bonus grandson who is in the Navy. He came home for Christmas. Bought the 2nd one for my husband who liked what I bought our grandson so he got one for birthday. I evidently liked the pen a lot to buy one for the GS and then H. SO the 3rd one I bought was for me. This pen does about everything
