The drive
Had a crack in the drive bought this product after watching a video on you tube . Very good product but you don’t need a lot to repair the crack we had

Better than I though it would be
Used it first time and it didn't fill crack reused after read instructions properly and filled in crack, need to use again as a little bit has not filled properly. but its good but very dirty on hands.

Cement based product
It was ok, but was cement based product, so if applied dry, then watered as suggested, the water just runs off. Was not impressed for the cost, I felt sand/cement mix would have done just as well, and would have been a fraction of the cost. Top coated with Tarmaseal (2coats) so the colour didn’t really matter

Had a large drive to restore and little idea about how to take it on. I had every issue from colour fade, cracks, stains e.t.c. So I watched an excellent video produced by the guys at Smart Seal. I can honestly say it covered all of my issues and we followed the guidance totally. Aside from a little misunderstanding on my behalf re the quantities to order and mix everything would've been perfect. The guys at Smart Seal are available to take calls and offer advice. If you are going to take something like this on then watch the video and give them a call if you have any issues.

I thought it was coloured cement dust but it isnt!
I was a little dubious when I first saw this product. Is it just cement dust with black oxide colouring I thought or is it a plasticised long lasting filler. Well thankfully, having just applied it to several cracks in my tarmac, it is indeed a robust hard setting plasticised style filler which I doubt will crack as you'd encounter with cement or postmix. Cracks are completely filled and hardened. One point to note which might not be obvious as this is a trade product; it must we dampened before or after application. I found it best to wet the product after application. This morning when I checked the cracks, they had pretty much gone and the compound had hardened perfectly. Its expensive for 3Kg but it is a very good product

Easy to use and very effective
By sprinkling the mixture into cracks and spaying sealant on top the mixture quickly dried and was waterproof. Will definitely use it again if needed!

With my job, I don’t think it’s as easy as the tin suggests.
I have used this product Today. I have tried it in three different spots. One brush in the compound , one mixed with water to make a paste and the last one mixed with the tarmac paint. I am leaving overnight to find the best treatment. I waited overnight and found it to me a waste of money for the job I was doing.........I found the solution for the job. It was to use decorators mastic , it took a few tubes to fill all the cracks, but it’s was only a £1 a tube from the pound shop.
