It helps me for bicep as well as tricep work out. The arm blaster is comfortable to use as it locks the elbows in place for full range of motion. Have been using it for a month now. Quality is pretty good.

This one's best of all the gym products I have bought online, but it is not recommend if you are a beginner level gym goer, because it needs a lot of adjustment, which comes only with experience, else you will hurt your elbows bad.

This is really a very bad product in design and the curvature is so bad that you are in a very uncomfortable position from neck and back. I just missed the return window else I would have returned it. I tried 2-3 times and my back was hurting a lot. Even with 7.5kg dumbell your neck is at strain and your back muscles of your hand start aching. Then I checked one more review which compared it with Usi model and then I tried the same from local shop. There is huge diff in curve and I had to buy USI model as it was hurting my neck and back. Really poor design for use. Please dont waste your money first try the usi model you will see the diff. Just check the picture I have attached.
