Helps me sleep

I bought this and several others for sleep aids. EVERY single dropper both leaks horribly and the Droppers even come loose from the bulb. As for the efficacy, I can't honestly say, as my husband is resistant to so much. Nothing negative to say about the product, just the packaging.

Although it did help with my insomnia, the product itself is so sweet my gums started to hurt so I had to stop using it. I have severe tinnitus so it affects my ability to get a good night sleep. So I am still looking. Hylands sleep helps but not enough. But for those who just have sleep issues and very good teeth and gums, it may help you.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have a friend who uses this and swears by it. I also read the reviews carefully, so I know it works for most people. I'm a difficult case, though. It just didn't have much of an effect on me, even when I doubled the dosage. I don't think there's anything wrong with the product. It's me. Nothing works.
