I have been using Best Naturals, Ginkgo Biloba a couple of months now and am very pleased.I purchased due to reports of Ginkgo helping with mental focus. I have done much research in regards to Dementia, my mother having passed away in 2014 due to Dementia and now have a cabinet full of all sorts of remedies, supplements etc in hopes to ward of this horrible disease. I have to say while I will continue with most of the supplements since taking Ginkgo Biloba I honestly feel great. I take in the early morning and my focus is so much clearer than before, my energy level is improved and I don't feel like I am walking around in a cloud all day. I also have fibromyalgia and to mentally feel better really goes a long way to physically feeling better. In my experience it practically eliminates "fibro fog", if you have fibromyalgia you know what I mean. In my case it has really helped and would recommend, a pretty inexpensive experiment in my opinion. I don't give a lot of feedback and only do so when I am really impressed. I purchased, was not given to me for a review.

Just started using this a few weeks ago on the recommendation from my chiropractor? I've heard for years that ginkgo biloba helps with memory but never really looked into it as far as how it works. When i read it helps with blood flow it peaked my interest. My grandmother had serious dementia at the end of her life, and now my mother is developing what i think is called vascular dementia. Shes been having a lot of dizziness for years which i contribute to lack of blood flow to the brain. Anyway, i mentioned this to my chiropractor and he said i should be taking ginkgo biloba. As i said i haven't been taking it that long but have noticed a tingling sensation in my arms/ legs. This is usually only for a second but it just tells me that its working. Time will tell about the memory part. I was telling someone about it the other day and couldn't think of the name of it!! Haha so it may take a while. :-) I will do an update after i've taken it longer. (if i can remember) hehe

This is a wonderful product I have been taking this product for almost a year now. My Mother passed from demencia and I started to take ginkgo almost three years ago but a different brand. This brand I can feel the difference in that I do not search for words and can remember and recall events. I take one capsule daily. I am 63 years young and would highly recommend this product.

I was having a tough time, remembering previous cities we visited or peoples names. Honestly, think this works! Not having the same difficulties any longer.
