Got the "Daylight white" which provide white light that is clear but not overwhelming. I have 5 kitchen sconces and these are just perfect. Buying another box for backup. I have not had these long enough to check durability - they claim to last "at least 13 years for 3-5 hours per day" so well see. But I had purchased a cheaper brand and two started flickering after about 1-3 years. Was a little challenging finding the 'right' replacement bulbs. Hope this review is helpful.

Much better performance for my specific needs than I expected. My spouse uses an older style lamp on the headboard of our bed. The headboard has some depth to it so there is a flat top. The lamp has emotional meaning. The lamp has a simple on/off rotating switch and a shade with wire mounting frame that slides over and grabs on to the single incandescent light bulb. we use this lamp plugged into a dimmer switch. This arrangement has worked well for years with an incandescent bulb. As part of my effort to reduce our household electricity use, I've tried multiple CF and LED bulbs. Sometimes they are not compatible with the older dimmer switch. I cannot easily change the dimmer switch as it is built-in to the headboard. Sometimes the color of the bulbs is too bright like daylight even if advertised as "matching the color" of incandescent bulbs. Sometimes the "dimmable" LED bulbs had very limited dimming range and/or would emit a buzzing or ringing sound when dimmed that was unacceptable to us, again even if the advertising said it would not emit this sound.The good news is this bulb finally works for us. The color is so close to the incandescent that my spouse did not notice I had changed the bulb without telling. The bulb works perfectly with the old dimmer switch, dimming range is almost as large as the incandescent, and there is no buzz or ringing sound.I am very pleased to report that this bulb performs in all regards as is claimed in the ad text. The LED bulb is even shaped closely enough to incandescent bulbs that the old lamp shade properly grabs on to the LED bulb.I cannot address the issue of longevity since we have only had the bulbs for two weeks.

A change in the law required that incandescent light bulbs be replaced by more energy-efficient technologies. You don't have to have degrees in engineering to realize that's not sensible (although I have them). You just have to have paid electric bills over a year. Do that and you'll discover that power consumption for lighting is a pittance comapred to the enrgy consumed in moving heat around -- air conditioning, heating, and running a refrigerator. An electric stove is another big consumer of energy.Accordingly, I see the requirement driving the adoption of alternative kinds of light bulbs as uneconomical and politcally partisan. LED bulbs cost at least 5 times what incandescent bulbs cost, and they do last longer but not 5 times as long...I don't think so anyway. They also have a different color of light which is sometimes aesthetically objectionable.The LED bulbs I bought in this batch do consume less energy -- they are rated at 10 watts and are almost as bright as a 60 watt conventional bulb. (The claim that they are the same brightness, I think, is exaggerated.) Also, in the batch I bought, color was uneven. Some of the sample was quite yellow, which I didn't care for, and others were more white. I'm sure later batches will have better quality control. When put on a dimmer, they vary a lot in brightness.It's futile to say I would prefer to have this rule repealed and go back to incandescent bulbs. The good side: they fit the same sockets in existing lighting fixtures. Since when our old incandescent lights burn out we must replace them with something like this, I rate it as satisfactory.

I cannot "honestly" rate them as my search was for RECHARGEABLE light bulbs and that's what I thought I was ordering. I returned them. BUT THEY LOOKED GREAT IN THE BOX!!! :)

Just what I needed for the light fixture I bought. As pictured and advertised. Very happy with the purchase.

We wanted dimmable 2700K bulbs for our dining room fixture. These bulbs nicely fill the bill and work well so far.

They seem to all work, dim properly. The lowest light setting do flicker on the dimmer, though. Other than that, it is still a perfectly sufficient product.

This box of dimmable lights was a real good value for the money

They are pretty bright. Definitely excited to see how long until they burn out because I have high hopes for these lights
